Breezy bildet den kompletten Bewertungsprozess im Unternehmen ab - von der Jobanzeige bis zum Angebot, und bietet dazu alle Features, die man von einem modernen Produktivitätstool erwartet: Interaktiv, mit Kommentarfunktion, Automatisiserung von Prozessen, und Dashboards zum Monitoring
What did you not like?
Sollten Bewerbungen über andere Kanäle reinkommen, ist der manuelle Aufwand recht hoch, diese nachträglich in Breezy einzupflegen. Ein Grund mehr, Breezy von Anfang an in seinen Recruitmentprozess zu integrieren ;-)!

Breezy verschafft einen intuitiven Überblick, wieviele Kandidaten in der Pipeline sind, in welchem Schritt im Bewerbungsprozess sie sind, und was die ausstehenden To-Dos sind. Man findet zu jedem Kandidaten die Bewerbungsdokumente, Kommentare aus dem Recruitmentprozess sowie die "Journey" durch den Prozess. Das Tool ermöglicht kollaborative Kommunikation intern im Team, wie auch direkt mit dem Kandidaten um etwaige offene Fragen zu klären.
