What did you like?
Man kann diverse Standorte in das Tool reinziehen. Man kann den Ton wählen und natürlich auch den Text nochmal korrigieren. Wenn man ein Restaurant hat und erstmal 200 Bewertungen beantworten möchte, ist es halt schon sehr hilfreich sich durch KI zu behelfen.
What did you not like?
Ich würde mir noch wünschen, dass es in diversen Sprachen funktioniert. Oder mich per Mail erinnert, dass eine neue Bewertung reinkam und dann bereits eine Antwort formuliert hat.

Wenn man diverse Google Business Profile pflegen muss, hat man nicht immer gleich im Kopf wie man antworten sollte, damit es sich so anhört als hätte es der Kunde selbst beantwortet. Also für Agenturen und virtuelle Assistenten ist das echt ein Segen!
