Die Software ist gut strukturiert und an die eigenen Anforderungen gut anpassbar.

Manche Seiten wirken durch das zahlreiche Angebot an Feldern etwas überfüllt. Gut ist, dass man sich durch Ausblenden dann doch den Blick auf das Wesentliche verschaffen kann.

Wir nutzen Persis für das Recruiting und die Personalabteilung hat die Digitale Akte von Persis. Die Abbildung von Mitarbeitergesprächen in Persis ist schon so gut wie umgesetzt.
