What did you like?
Die Social Influencer*innen, die in den Laden kamen waren freundlich und haben sich an die Abmachungen zu Postings und hashtags gehalten.

Die Alphin-Dienstleitungen kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Gemeinsam mit einem Kunden hatten wir "Local Followers" und "Local Influencers" gebucht und nach dem Mindestzeitraum direkt wieder gekündigt.
Falsche Erwartungen wurden in den Vertriebsgesprächen geweckt, erst scheibchenweise wurde die tatsächliche Leistung transparent. Insbesondere die "Local Followers" bereiten uns bis heute Probleme. Blockieren unseres Insta-Accounts wegen zu vieler Zugriffe aus dem Ausland kam hinzu. Anpassungen an unsere Bedürfnisse und Social Media-Ziele wurden nicht umgesetzt., stattdessen ziemlich wahllos einer viel zu großen Zahl von Accounts gefolgt.
Definitiv kein gut investiertes Marketing-Budget.

Leider hat die Nutzung neue Probleme gebracht und keine gelöst. Mitarbeiter*innen im Ausland (oder doch Bots?) folgen ziemlich wahllos einer viel zu großen Zahl von Accounts. Eine Begrenzung der Zahl der Accounts, denen wir überhaupt folgen möchte und mit unseren Followern die Waage zu halten, wurde nicht umgesetzt.
