Zive verbindet unser internes Wissen mit den neuesten LLMs – ohne, dass wir uns um etwas kümmern müssen. Die Oberfläche ist intuitiv und kann mehr als nur AI.

Für die Power - User hätten wir gerne noch ein paar mehr Anpassungsmöglichkeiten.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir wachsen ziemlich schnell und da kann die Struktur nicht immer ganz mithalten. Wir haben deshalb nach einer einheitlichen Oberfläche gesucht, über die unsere Leute auf das ganze Firmenwissen zugreifen können. Besonderer Vorteil ist, dass Zive unser Wissen nicht nur leicht durchsuchbar macht, sondern auch mit KI verknüpft.

What did you like?
Laut internen Analysen haben wir durch Zive etwa 20% Zeitersparnis bei der Suche nach Informationen. Das ist enorm, wenn man bedenkt, wie viel Zeit früher für das Durchsuchen von E-Mails oder Ordnern draufging. Zive liefert nicht einfach nur eine Liste von Suchergebnissen, sondern erkennt den Kontext der Anfrage. Wenn ich beispielsweise „Q2 Verkaufsanalyse“ suche, bekomme ich direkt relevante Dokumente, anstatt mich durch irrelevante Dateien zu klicken. Outdated-Content-Alerts erinnern unser Team daran, alte Inhalte zu aktualisieren oder zu löschen. Das hält unsere Wissensbasis frisch und relevant.
What did you not like?
Die Plattform ist stark auf bestehende Datenstrukturen angewiesen. Wenn Dokumente nicht korrekt beschriftet oder an falscher Stelle gespeichert sind, erkennt Zive sie oft nicht. Es fehlt an Tools, um solche Inkonsistenzen besser zu verwalten. Zive ist nicht so plug-and-play, wie es beworben wird. Gerade bei einer komplexen Datenstruktur wie unserer war die Anfangsphase langwierig. Trotz der angeblichen Automatisierung mussten wir zahlreiche Datenquellen manuell anpassen und strukturieren.

Unser Marketing-Team verwaltet eine Vielzahl von Daten wie Kampagnenpläne, Verkaufsberichte, Kundeninformationen, E-Mails und Inhalte aus diversen Tools wie Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce und Slack. Vor Zive war es oft ein Kampf, diese Informationen schnell und effizient zu finden. Mit Zive haben wir eine zentrale Plattform, die alle Daten aus unseren Systemen zusammenführt. Egal ob ich eine Präsentation aus der letzten Woche suche oder eine ältere Kampagnenanalyse benötige mit Zive finde ich alles in Sekunden. Wenn ich wissen möchte, wer in unserem Team der richtige Ansprechpartner für Google Ads ist, liefert Zive direkt eine Übersicht über relevante Kontakte und deren Erfahrungen.

What did you like?
ChatGPT ist gut für einzelne Personen, aber ZIVE ist die Plattform für Zusammenarbeit. Wir sind ein kleineres Unternehmen, wo Kommunikation noch einfacher zu managen ist. Dennoch hilft ZIVE uns jetzt schon extrem und spart nerviges Nachfragen und doppelte Arbeit.

Es müssen noch mehr Features dazukommen, aber das ist ja nur noch ne Frage der Zeit.

Wir nehmen Details auf zu einzelnen Projekten, dokumentieren diese so für alle und schreiben vor allem Learning auf, welche in Zukunft bei neuen Projekten aufgegriffen werden können. Des Weiteren haben wir alle Informationen für die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter angelegt, was bisher bei 2 neuen Kollegen schon deutlich Arbeit abgenommen hat.

Holistic approach, reducing dependencies to single LLMs, high number of use cases can be covered, smart integrations ...
What did you not like?
Nothing in particular, in my area it can just be challenging to integrate & make real use of industry-specific tools & platforms – a challenge that I think Zive can overcome so "dislike" would be the wrong terminology
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Several approaches to knowledge management have not worked, it's the first time I see that overcoming these obstacles with our messy tech stack and legacy tools is feasible. Plus, it helps creating an environment to both support our AI early adopters and the broad number of employees who'll probably benefit more from automated workflows.
