Am besten gefällt uns bei WorkFlex der durchdachte und reibungslose Gesamtprozess. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die strukturierte Verwaltung und Freigabe von Workationanträgen, die sowohl für unser HR-Team als auch für unsere Mitarbeitenden sehr intuitiv und effizient ist. Außerdem konnten wir unsere Abteilung IT Security in den Workflow-Prozess einbinden. Die Möglichkeit, Einstellungen im Hintergrund vorzunehmen, erlaubt uns eine gezielte Steuerung der Anträge. Auch die automatische Übertragung von Auslandsdienstreisen aus unserem Reisebuchungstool spart Zeit und reduziert den manuellen Aufwand erheblich. Die integrierte Risikoanalyse ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt, da sie uns bei der Einschätzung und Entscheidungsfindung zuverlässig unterstützt.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Risikoanalyse aktuell nur auf Englisch verfügbar ist. Auch wenn wir den Hintergrund verstehen . Nämlich einheitliches Verständnis und internationale Nutzbarkeit. Für uns wäre eine deutsche Version dennoch hilfreich.

Mit WorkFlex lösen wir vor allem die Herausforderung, Workationanträge effizient, sicher und transparent zu verwalten. Vor der Einführung des Tools war die Bearbeitung solcher Anträge mit viel manuellem Aufwand verbunden und oft nicht einheitlich geregelt. WorkFlex bietet uns nun einen klar strukturierten Prozess, der sowohl für das HR-Team als auch für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte einfach zu handhaben ist. Ein großer Vorteil ist die automatische Übertragung von Auslandsdienstreisen aus unserem Reisebuchungstool, wodurch der manuelle Aufwand für die Mitarbeitenden entfällt. Zudem ermöglicht uns die Plattform, Einstellungen im Hintergrund vorzunehmen, um Anträge gezielt zu steuern und frühzeitig zu prüfen. Besonders hilfreich ist auch die integrierte Risikoanalyse, die uns bei der Einschätzung von Reisezielen unterstützt und eine fundierte Entscheidungsempfehlung bietet. Insgesamt haben wir durch WorkFlex eine deutlich höhere Effizienz, mehr Transparenz und eine spürbare Entlastung im administrativen Alltag erzielt.

What I like best about WorkFlex is probably that it’s both easy to use and backed by a really supportive team. The tool itself is straightforward, so it doesn’t take long to get used to, and it helps bring a lot more structure into business travel processes. What stood out most in our experience was the implementation phase. We got a lot of individual support, and everyone involved (customer success manager, tech team, product team, social security team, to name a few, we have been in close contact wirh) were very flexible, patient (!) aND open to adapting the setup to our needs. That made and still makes a big difference for us. And it was great to see that our feedback was actually heard and turned into concrete improvements, like setting up an interface to support our existing application and booking process. On top of that, the support is quick, approachable, and reliable, which all our employees really notice in day-to-day work. I also find it reassuring that WorkFlex covers the legal and compliance side so thoroughly, which gives us peace of mind, especially when it comes to issues like PWN and country specific regulations. So overall, I’d say it’s not just the tool itself, but also the collaboration with the team that makes WorkFlex work so well for us.

We are really very satisfied with WorkFlex, so any "dislikes" are definitely on a very high level. So if I had to mention anything, 3 things come to my mind: the credit system was something we first had to get used to, especially when it came to the internal charging logic behind it. We were able to adjust our process, but it was not completely intuitive at the start. Also, from the traveler’s point of view, some required actions or risk assessment results could be displayed more transparent. Sometimes it is not immediately obvious to first time users what exactly needs to be done next. And, the standardized info icons and their wording also do not always fully reflect the terminology we use internally. As said, really high level issues, in our view. That said, WorkFlex has been very responsive to feedback in the past 12 months, and this is something I see as a big plus. They are quick to improve the system, and some customization options have already been introduced, which is very encouraging.

What WorkFlex helps us with most is making a topic that can become quite complex much easier to manage. Especially when it comes to business trips within the EU/EFTA, there is often more behind it than you might expect at first, and that is exactly where the tool is very helpful for us. We now have a much earlier and clearer view of where risks might arise, what is still needed, and which steps are still pending. That makes the whole process much more transparent, and we do not have to gather everything manually ourselves or only react when things become urgent. For us, that mainly means less manual work, more structure in the process, and the confidence that all relevant compliance topics are being properly considered. Overall, it simply makes the handling of international business travel much easier.

Overall, I really like the AI question buttons. I think the chatbot could just be developed a little further and include an option to speak directly with a real person if needed.

Very easy operation, guided workflow for input and approvals, issuance of all documents and assumption of risk. Excellent support from the sales team and customer service, always available and responding immediately, makes the process smooth and efficient.

Since we haven’t been using Workflex for very long, I haven’t had any negative experiences so far. Setting up and creating the policies was time-consuming.

Entsendungen find ich derzeit noch etwas umstsädnlich aber sicher nur, weil wir es für andere Zwecke "missbrauchen"

Vorteile: Risikominimierung, Steigerung Sicherheit udn der größte Virteil ist die gewonnene Schnelligkeit. Das Abarbeiten läuft nebenbei und nimmt nicht mehr den ganzen Tag ein.

The platform is user friendly, reliable, and has a clean interface, it offers useful features and you can finalise your submissions quickly and efficiently. The support team has been responsive on chat and emails when I needed help. I would definitely recommend it.

While I experienced a few minor issues when Inserting certain data such as date of births and destination addresses, they didn't significantly affect my experience. I see continued improvements and I'm satisfied overall.

I use WorkFlex for registration purposes. The submission process is clear and efficient. The instructions are easy to follow, making it simple to complete the registration without unnecessary delays and the team response with the authorities have been very supportive. .

Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass das Tool relativ einfach zu bedienen und zu verstehen ist, sprich sehr Nutzer freundlich. Egal in welches Land eine Geschäftsreise ist, der prozess bleibt gleich, allein einzelne Fragen ändern sich. Somit konnten wir die aufwendige Administration bzgl. der Buchung von ausl. Geschäftsreisen zum Reisenden selbst verlagern und sind uns dennoch sicher, dass die Reise Compliance konform stattfindet. Zudem brauchen wir keinen Zugang mehr zu den einzelnen Portalen der verschiedenen Länder, wenn es um A1- Bescheinigungen oder Visa geht. Alles läuft nun gebündelt über Workflex.

Bisher habe ich nichts gefunden, was mir nicht an Workflex gefällt. Das Tool erfüllt zu 100% den Zweck, wofür wir es eingekauft haben. Alle Geschäftsreisen schnell und einfach Compliance-konform abzuwickeln.

Wir brauchen uns selbst nicht mehr in die rechtlichen Gegebenheiten bzgl. Arbeitspapiere etc. der einzelnen Länder einarbeiten. Wir haben jetzt einen Partner an der Seite, der sich heir bestens auskennt. Dadurch das der Reisende selbst super einfach durch den Prozess geführt wird, gewinnen wir zudem extrem an Geschwindigkeit, da keine Abstimmung mit der internen Administration gehalten werden muss.

Offering employee benefits is one thing, but with Workflex, it’s truly possible to make them transparent, self-explanatory, and easy to manage. I wouldn’t want to be without it in my day-to-day HR work! The support is also super fast, and no matter who you’re in contact with, they’re always friendly and helpful.

If I had to name one thing (and this really is just nitpicking), it would be the lack of flexibility in the travel allowance. We’re allowed to work up to 70 days outside of Germany of which 10 can be in non-EU countries, and that can’t be accounted for under the current system. But it doesn’t really limit us in our day-to-day work.

We really appreciate that this eliminates the need for manual approval processes, as well as the risk analysis required for travelers of different nationalities visiting different countries.

Die Einführung war sehr kompetent. Rückfragen werden zügig bearbeitet. Ich bin mit der fachlichen Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter sehr zufrieden.

Hier gibt es keine Punkte, die ich ansprechen kann. Bisher wurde alles fachlich umgesetzt, wie wir es uns wünschen.

Workflex nimmt uns die Arbeit ab. Leider kennen wir uns in den Themen A1 Bescheinigungen und alles was dies mit sich bringt, nicht gut aus.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die gute Erreichbarkeit der Ansprechpartner sowie die stets kundenorientierte Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung unserer Anforderungen. Die angebotenen Lösungen sind praxisnah und leisten einen wertvollen Beitrag zur effizienteren Gestaltung von Prozessen. Zudem wurde auf individuelle Bedürfnisse eingegangen und bei Fragestellungen jederzeit konstruktiv und unterstützend begleitet.

Insgesamt bewerten wir die Zusammenarbeit mit WorkFlex als gut bis sehr gut. Die Zusammenarbeit ist geprägt von vielen positiven Erfahrungen und einer hohen Serviceorientierung. Auch wenn in einzelnen Bereichen noch Potenzial für weitere Optimierungen besteht, schätzen wir die vertrauensvolle, konstruktive und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit sehr.

WorkFlex stellt im Arbeitsalltag eine große Unterstützung dar, da alle erforderlichen Dokumente und Bescheinigungen zentral und zuverlässig bereitgestellt werden.
