What did you like?
Am besten gefällt uns bei WorkFlex der durchdachte und reibungslose Gesamtprozess. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die strukturierte Verwaltung und Freigabe von Workationanträgen, die sowohl für unser HR-Team als auch für unsere Mitarbeitenden sehr intuitiv und effizient ist. Außerdem konnten wir unsere Abteilung IT Security in den Workflow-Prozess einbinden. Die Möglichkeit, Einstellungen im Hintergrund vorzunehmen, erlaubt uns eine gezielte Steuerung der Anträge. Auch die automatische Übertragung von Auslandsdienstreisen aus unserem Reisebuchungstool spart Zeit und reduziert den manuellen Aufwand erheblich. Die integrierte Risikoanalyse ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt, da sie uns bei der Einschätzung und Entscheidungsfindung zuverlässig unterstützt.
What did you not like?
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Risikoanalyse aktuell nur auf Englisch verfügbar ist. Auch wenn wir den Hintergrund verstehen . Nämlich einheitliches Verständnis und internationale Nutzbarkeit. Für uns wäre eine deutsche Version dennoch hilfreich.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Mit WorkFlex lösen wir vor allem die Herausforderung, Workationanträge effizient, sicher und transparent zu verwalten. Vor der Einführung des Tools war die Bearbeitung solcher Anträge mit viel manuellem Aufwand verbunden und oft nicht einheitlich geregelt. WorkFlex bietet uns nun einen klar strukturierten Prozess, der sowohl für das HR-Team als auch für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte einfach zu handhaben ist.
Ein großer Vorteil ist die automatische Übertragung von Auslandsdienstreisen aus unserem Reisebuchungstool, wodurch der manuelle Aufwand für die Mitarbeitenden entfällt. Zudem ermöglicht uns die Plattform, Einstellungen im Hintergrund vorzunehmen, um Anträge gezielt zu steuern und frühzeitig zu prüfen.
Besonders hilfreich ist auch die integrierte Risikoanalyse, die uns bei der Einschätzung von Reisezielen unterstützt und eine fundierte Entscheidungsempfehlung bietet. Insgesamt haben wir durch WorkFlex eine deutlich höhere Effizienz, mehr Transparenz und eine spürbare Entlastung im administrativen Alltag erzielt.

What did you like?
Offering employee benefits is one thing, but with Workflex, it’s truly possible to make them transparent, self-explanatory, and easy to manage. I wouldn’t want to be without it in my day-to-day HR work! The support is also super fast, and no matter who you’re in contact with, they’re always friendly and helpful.
What did you not like?
If I had to name one thing (and this really is just nitpicking), it would be the lack of flexibility in the travel allowance. We’re allowed to work up to 70 days outside of Germany of which 10 can be in non-EU countries, and that can’t be accounted for under the current system. But it doesn’t really limit us in our day-to-day work.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We really appreciate that this eliminates the need for manual approval processes, as well as the risk analysis required for travelers of different nationalities visiting different countries.

Die Einführung war sehr kompetent. Rückfragen werden zügig bearbeitet. Ich bin mit der fachlichen Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter sehr zufrieden.
What did you not like?
Hier gibt es keine Punkte, die ich ansprechen kann. Bisher wurde alles fachlich umgesetzt, wie wir es uns wünschen.

Workflex nimmt uns die Arbeit ab. Leider kennen wir uns in den Themen A1 Bescheinigungen und alles was dies mit sich bringt, nicht gut aus.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die gute Erreichbarkeit der Ansprechpartner sowie die stets kundenorientierte Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung unserer Anforderungen. Die angebotenen Lösungen sind praxisnah und leisten einen wertvollen Beitrag zur effizienteren Gestaltung von Prozessen. Zudem wurde auf individuelle Bedürfnisse eingegangen und bei Fragestellungen jederzeit konstruktiv und unterstützend begleitet.

Insgesamt bewerten wir die Zusammenarbeit mit WorkFlex als gut bis sehr gut. Die Zusammenarbeit ist geprägt von vielen positiven Erfahrungen und einer hohen Serviceorientierung. Auch wenn in einzelnen Bereichen noch Potenzial für weitere Optimierungen besteht, schätzen wir die vertrauensvolle, konstruktive und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit sehr.

hier gibt es nichts zu erwähnen. Selbst wenn mal kleinere Probleme hat oder sonstige Unklarheiten auftreten, erhält man schnellen Support und immer eine gute und zeitnahe Lösung.

As a globally operating company, it can be quite challenging to offer employees the flexibility to work from abroad while still maintaining proper risk management.
WorkFlex is an excellent solution that enables companies to elevate their approach to international remote work to a whole new level.

There's really nothing significant to mention — our experience with WorkFlex has been very smooth and positive.

There's some countries, like Norway, where their support for certain business trips is not yet offered

What did you like?
With Workflex, everything is super fast, automated, and extremely easy to use. It saves a lot of time, and for HR, being able to save time like this is honestly one of the best things there is.

I don’t have anything to point out that I dislike. Everything is working good, only sometimes the page does not load or freezes, apart from that all great

The process of taking care of the PWD, was confusing for us. The PWD, was a problem because we didn’t know exactly when it was needed or where to do it. On top of that, we had to pay extra for a lawyer to handle it, so in this case it actually ended up costing us more money.

Es ist absolut Benutzerfreundlich, selbsterklärend und hat alle Features die es braucht um strukturiert Reisen einzugeben. Bisher herrschte oft Unsicherheit was man in welchem Land beachten muss oder braucht und das Thema hat sich hiermit komplett erledigt.
What did you not like?
Bisher gibt es nichts - dass man Reisen nur für die selbe Person duplizieren kann ist schade, das wäre schön wenn das auch anders ginge, denn man hat oft mehrere Personen welche die selbe Reise machen und das würde nochmal Arbeit ersparen.

WorkFlex ist eine All in One Lösung. Man braucht keine 3 Anlaufstellen mehr.

What did you like?
It is a very easy tool to use, both for employees when booking travel and from an administrator’s perspective. From an HR standpoint as an administrator, you have access to all the necessary information, and once the tool is fully implemented, it essentially runs itself.
What did you not like?
To be honest, I haven’t found anything I dislike about the tool. So far, it fully meets the expectations we had before implementing it and effectively addresses the business need we were aiming to cover.

Einfacher und vor allem selbsterklärender Prozess für die Mitarbeitenden, super Übersicht für HR-Admins, alle Dokumente gebündelt an einem Ort. Perfekt! Man braucht als End-User kein Know-How, um die richtigen Schritte einzuleiten.
What did you not like?
Ich wünsche mir einen Reisekalender, um eine noch bessere Übersicht zu haben. So könnte man z.B. sehen, wann der Mitarbeitende in welchen Ländern war.

WorkFlex ist eine enorme Arbeitserleichterung im Arbeitsalltag, weil die SV-Anträge und die PWD-Meldungen automatisiert erfolgen. Zudem haben wir alles fein säuberlich dokumentiert.
