What is gradar?
gradar is the software for analytical job evaluation and pay transparency. It digitalizes job evaluation: transparent, non-discriminatory, with results in minutes instead of days. The evaluation results produce a consistent job architecture, market-competitive salary bands, and analyses that reveal pay gaps before they become a risk. This gives gradar users the foundation for pay transparency and the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
More than 600 organizations in over 40 countries use gradar, including Rotkäppchen-Mumm, Eckes Granini, Dr. Schär, Deutsche Bahn, Palfinger and DKV Mobility. The tool is designed so that HR teams can use it independently in day-to-day work after a short onboarding, without ongoing external consulting.
The solution is cloud-based, hosted in Germany and the EU, and operated by a purely European company. Support is available in German.
