What did you like?
The platform is clear, user friendly, flexible and easy to navigate through. Reliable and always-up-to-date information in the platform is also very helpful. Also, the platform has a super clear view about company's information making it esay to see how my company is positioned versus the external market. Last, the Customer Success team was always helpful, great in communication and fast in any necessary support.
What did you not like?
I would love Ravio to be a one-stop-shop platform with other features/products plugged in, so companies could manage all comp related topics in one platform.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Benchmarks and comparisons with great visualization of my company versus the external market.

Die Nutzung von Ravio macht Vergütungsentscheidungen deutlich einfacher und datenbasierter. Besonders die Echtzeit-Benchmarks und die übersichtliche Oberfläche sind ein großer Mehrwert.

Die Datenabdeckung für seltene Rollen könnte breiter sein, ansonsten wurden alle Punkte, die uns im letzten Jahr gefehlt haben, vom Product Team umgesetzt und implementiert!

Wir nutzen Ravio, um unsere internen Gehaltsbänder abzubilden, den Mitarbeitern damit einen transparenten Überblick zu bieten, und unsere Vergütungsstrukturen mit den Benchmarks fair und nachvollziehbar zu gestalten.
