Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Weeztix Ticketing-Plattform. Der Support ist schnell, zuverlässig und immer hilfsbereit. Das Team ist freundlich und kompetent, was die Zusammenarbeit besonders angenehm macht. Die Plattform bietet zudem viele nützliche und moderne Features, die das Ticketing deutlich erleichtern. Auch das Pricing ist sehr wettbewerbsfähig und fair im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zuverlässige und benutzerfreundliche Ticketing-Lösung suchen.

The dashboard could be improved to offer more intuitive navigation, particularly when comparing events.

Unser Support Ansprechpartner ist wirklich fast rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar. Wir haben zugriff auf alle Kundendaten und Weeztix ermöglicht es uns auch super einfach unsere Meta Ads zu tracken. Das tool hat insgesamt für sehr viele Einsatzmöglichkeiten eine Lösung.

What did you not like?

Es wäre sehr cool, wenn das Dashboard noch etwas aussagekräftiger wäre. Aber auch daran wird gearbeitet
