Darum sind sie für uns der perfekte Partner. Darüber hinaus schätzen unsere Kunden die vielfältige Auswahl an Zahlungsoptionen, die angeboten werden – ob Kreditkarte, Buy now, Pay later oder digitale Wallets.

Da vobapay ein noch recht junges Unternehmen ist, bedarf es an der ein oder anderen Stelle Erläuterungsbedarf unsererseits, was für uns aber kein Problem darstellt.

Mit vobapay können wir unseren Kunden einen Dienstleister empfehlen, der für nahtlose und effiziente Zahlungslösungen steht, egal ob es sich um B2C- oder B2B-Kunden handelt. Ein wichtiger Faktor für uns ist die hohe Flexibilität der Plattform, die sich problemlos in bestehende Systeme unserer Kunden integrieren lässt. Dadurch sparen unsere Kunden viel Zeit bei der Implementierung. Außerdem erweitern wir mit vobapay unser Serviceangebot, da wir unseren Kunden so zusätzlich moderne Zahlungslösungen weiterempfehlen können.

Als Partner und Payment-Profi sieht man sofort: hier sind Expert*innen am Werk. Die Lösung wird so gebaut, dass alle Anprüche abgedeckt werden (plus performante Plattform) und wer als Omnichannel-Händler hier nicht genau hinschaut, ist selber Schuld.

What did you not like?

Nichts, was hier groß ins Gewicht fallen würde. Sicherlich gibt es den ein oder anderen Wachstumsschmerz, aber das habe ich viel viel schlimmer schon erlebt.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Starker Payment Partner, den ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann. Die Vorteile liegen klar in der Variabilität der Lösung: Sie wird maßgeschneidert aufgesetzt und es wird keinem großen Händler ein vorgefertigtes Konstrukt übergestülpt.
