Virtual Office is a video-conferencing tool by digitally induced GmbH. Users can create virtual offices in the tool and adjust the setup to match their real rooms. In these spaces, you can move around as if you were in an office and you only see and hear the colleagues around you. Unlike other conference tools, the Virtual Office remains open throughout the workday. Meetings can be held in virtual meeting rooms and guests can be invited via a link. In addition to a free version, which can be used by up to six users, Virtual Office also offers plans with additional features starting at 8 US dollars per person per month.
