What did you like?
Die MHP-Solution hat sich vor ein paar Jahren der Ecovium GmbH angeschlossen. Seitedem ist die Performance noch einmal gestiegen. Wir nutzen V-Log in Kombination mit unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem Büro+ und haben bisher sehr gut Erfahrungen sammeln können. Der Support ist wirklich super und schnell, wenn es mal wieder Änderungen seitens der Versanddiensteleister gibt und man tiefer in die Materie einsteigen muss und mal nicht weiter weiss. V-Log läuft bei uns derzeit auf 3 Packplätzen. Wir versdenen im Durchschnitt täglich 200 - 300 Pakete DPA und DPI. Preis-Leistung ist mehr als zufriedenstellend.
What did you not like?
Die Oberfläche ist recht oldschool. Die Bedienbarkeit vom -Logistik-User aus ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Paketversand International und National mit der DHL. V-Log lässt sich zu 100% an die Unternehmensprozesse anpassen.
