What did you like?
Ich muss nicht auf „glaub mir das funktioniert“ vertrauen, sondern das Team nimmt sich Zeit, manchmal sogar mit Entwicklern, um zu helfen und zu erklären. Am Anfang dachte ich, das trackt falsch, aber in Wirklichkeit waren meine Einstellungen in Meta falsch. In einem Call wurde das aufgearbeitet und mir verständlich erklärt. Selten so guten Support gehabt.
What did you not like?
Es ist noch relativ begrenzt auf reines Tracking. Dafür setzen wir es ja auch primär ein. Aber ein weiterer Funktionsumfang z.B für Influencer-Analytics wäre noch wünschenswert
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Es ist das genaueste Tracking tool und gleichzeitig das günstigste. Wir haben einen echten ROAS-Uplift dadurch und wesentlich mehr Neukunden. Damit können wir jetzt auch endlich mal ordentlich Ads skalieren.
