Am besten gefällt uns die Kombination aus hoher Flexibilität und technischer Stabilität. Auch komplexe Systemlandschaften und individuelle Anforderungen lassen sich zuverlässig abbilden. Besonders positiv ist außerdem der direkte und kompetente Support sowie die Möglichkeit, Prozesse sehr effizient zu automatisieren
What did you not like?
Da synQup sehr flexibel und leistungsfähig ist, benötigt man zu Beginn etwas Einarbeitung, insbesondere bei komplexeren Integrationsszenarien.
Ansonsten überzeugt die Plattform durch Stabilität, Flexibilität und gute Unterstützung im Projektalltag
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Mit synQup verbinden wir unterschiedliche Systeme wie ERP, Shop, CRM und weitere Drittanbieter-Anwendungen zentral miteinander und automatisieren dadurch viele zuvor manuelle Prozesse. Besonders bei Datenabgleichen, Bestellprozessen und individuellen Schnittstellen reduziert die Plattform den administrativen Aufwand deutlich.
Der größte Vorteil ist für uns die hohe Flexibilität. Auch komplexe Anforderungen und individuelle Prozesse lassen sich zuverlässig umsetzen, ohne auf starre Standards angewiesen zu sein. Zusätzlich profitieren wir von stabilen Synchronisationen, einer guten Skalierbarkeit und deutlich effizienteren Abläufen im Tagesgeschäft.

What did you like?
Die Software ist modular aufgebaut und eignet sich dadurch auch für komplexere Integrationsszenarien. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist übersichtlich und wirkt gut durchdacht. Insgesamt ein Tool, das technisch auf einem sehr soliden Niveau ist und uns dabei hilft, Prozesse deutlich effizienter zu gestalten.
What did you not like?
Wirklich störende Punkte sind uns bisher nicht aufgefallen. An ein, zwei Stellen merkt man, dass sich die Plattform noch weiterentwickelt – zum Beispiel wäre eine noch größere Auswahl an fertigen Konnektoren im Marketplace wünschenswert

Wir nutzen synQup, um verschiedene Systeme wie ERP, CRM und Shops effizient miteinander zu verbinden. Früher hatten wir oft mit starren Punkt-zu-Punkt-Schnittstellen zu kämpfen, die bei Änderungen oder Erweiterungen schnell an ihre Grenzen kamen. Mit synQup haben wir jetzt eine zentrale Integrationsplattform, die deutlich flexibler ist und sich leichter an neue Anforderungen anpassen lässt

Mir gefallen der Grad der Anpassbarkeit und die intuitive Benutzeroberfläche. Die Anzahl der verschiedenen Integrationen und Export- und Importtypen machen diese ipaas wirklich leistungsstark. Ein tolles Tool, das wir alle im Team verwenden
What did you not like?
Ich habe keine großen Kritikpunkte. Aber wenn ich eines erwähnen müsste, dann vielleicht, dass die Lernkurve anfangs etwas steil sein kann. Sobald man jedoch die ersten paar Abläufe im Griff hat, werden die nachfolgenden Integrationsabläufe immer einfacher.

synqup betreibt für unser Unternehmen mehrere verschiedene Integrationen im Bereich E-Commerce. Die meisten unserer Integrationen sind sehr spezifische Integrationen mit unseren Online-Shops (Shopware-Shopsystem). synqup ermöglichte es uns, Integrationen schneller und effektiver zu erstellen, ohne das Rad neu zu erfinden.

Well, I don't seem to find any dislikes. But if I had to mention one maybe that the learning curve can be a little steep at first. However, once you get your first couple of flows under your belt, the subsequent integration flows become easier and easier.

synqup ist einfach zu bedienen und verfügt über eine hervorragende Anleitung/Dokumentation, die Anfängern den Einstieg in die Plattform erleichtert. Ich habe jahrelange Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit anderen Integrationsplattformen und kann synqup nur empfehlen.
What did you not like?
Aktuell sind wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und haben keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden toll von dem synqup Team betreut und könne es nur weiterempfehlen.

What did you like?
Wie einfach die Benutzeroberfläche aufgebaut ist. Dennoch beinhaltet sie alle nützlichen Funktionen. Auch haben uns die hohe Anzahl an Anbindungen begeistert. zudem ist die Unterstützung durch die synQup Mitarbeiter wirklich toll. Die beste, die wir im Umgang mit Software Tools erhalten haben.
What did you not like?
Ich habe in der bisherigen Nutzung nichts gefunden, was man bemängeln könnte. Ich kann synQup vor allem in Zusammenarbeit mit vielen Shopware Shops nur empfehlen mit.
