Swyx is a VoIP / Unified Communications solution for medium-sized businesses in Germany with between 1 and 500 users. The main features include traditional requirements such as special connections as well as modern UC applications like messaging, web meetings, integration with MS Teams, linkage with ERP/CRM software, queue management, and analytical software. Swyx offers telephone system functionality with call management for each user and has intelligent call forwarding, queue management, and integration with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. It is usable on Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS as well as iOS and Android. The pricing is based on a Pay-per-Use model with no minimum term and can be used from 10 € plus VAT per user.
