What did you like?
Seit 20 Jahren sind wir begeisterte Smartstore-Kunde fremdgehen lohnt sich nicht. Wir konnten noch nichts Vielfältigeres und Einfacheres in der Handhabung finden, der Shop läuft bei uns nebenbei. Durch die logische Bedienung lassen sich sehr viele Produkte schnell einstellen. Das System arbeitet absolut stabil und störungsfrei. Top sind die unendlich vielen Variantenmöglichkeiten, Produkte u.a. mit verschiedenen Leistungsklassen, Farben, Ausführungen, Größen, Zubehörkombinationen usw. usw. usw. unbegrenzt als Kombinationen darstellen. Alle Zahlungsmöglichkeiten, alle Versandmöglichkeiten sind möglich. Kurzum, Smartstore spielt in der Highend Profiliga! Dafür steht auch der Support, der schnell erreichbar ist und umgehend handelt, sogar individuelle exklusive Lösungen schaffen kann. Keine Frage blieb bisher unbeantwortet. Supportleiter Wolfgang Schmerge und sein Team sind immer sehr freundliche und hilfbereite Ansprechpartner, ein Top Team, auf das wir uns immer verlassen können.

Das wir es vermutlich nie schaffen werde alle Smartstore-Features zu nutzen

Probleme mit smartsore gibt es nicht - alle möglichen Varianten für Produkte lassen sich einstellen. Ein großer Vorteil ist es ohne große Kenntnisse den Shop schnell zu begreifen und wenn es mal nicht weitergeht, steht ein hervorragender Support immer zur Seite.

Die vielen Möglichkeiten die Smartstore bietet. Für jedes vermeintliche Problem gibt es eine Lösung, egal ob in der Community oder direkt über den Kundenservice. Die vielen Plug-ins erleichtern die Arbeit ungemein und der Shop sieht einfach nur Klasse aus!

Überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln, mit Abstand das beste Shopsystem.

Man hat eine super Shopsoftware mit einfacher Front und Backend Bedienung. Da wo man normalerweise noch mühselig Schnittstellen programmieren müsste, hat Smartstore für fast alles bereits Plug-ins. Übersichtlich und professionell!

Der Funktionsumfang. Der Kundendienst. Die Hilfe Stellung. Es ist ein perfekt!

Ich finde oder wir finden keine Schwäche und keine Fehler. Auch wann wir danach suche. Es unser 5 Shopsystem, und der besten den wir bis herhatten.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir haben einen Nachfolger für Magento 1 gesucht und gefunden. Wir könnten alles selbst machen! Was ein kleines Problem war, könnte der Support mit uns lösen und das in wenigen Stunden. Vorteil ist für das wir keine Dienstleister benötigen. Alle Funktionen haben, was wir wollten ohne Kauf von Erweiterungen.

What did you like?
Smartstore is not an online store system, but an e-commerce operating system! Since we discovered this system, our way of working has also changed massively. With its clear architecture and positioning in the upscale Microsoft environment, Smartstore is the only cross-platform e-commerce operating system in the world to react and open up new channels in the fast-paced e-commerce world.
What did you not like?
That we don't manage to implement all existing possibilities in their complexity. But we are working on it.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
E-commerce projects in the corporate environment are usually regarded as lengthy, cost-intensive undertakings whose ROI initially appears difficult to present, especially in consulting-intensive industries. But it's Microsoft's cloud options with their open architecture that make Smartstore an excellent toolset from a developer's perspective. With this system, the most complex scenarios can be mapped flexibly and scalably, whether in the cloud or on premises, robustly and without compromise.

Die Optik des Shops, die Möglichkeit den Shop auch als CMS zu verwenden, die Möglichkeit verschiedene Sprachen und Währungen zu verwenden. Zusatzmodule und Plugins.
What did you not like?
Der Installationsprozeß und an eine MS Datenbank gebunden zu sein. Die umständliche Eingabe von Produkte und Gruppen. Anlegen von Produktvarianten, Konfigurierbarkeit von Produkten ist in meinem Fall eine extreme Arbeit (versuchen Sie einmal einen guten PC Konfigurator damit zu machen)...
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Ich hatte die Hoffnung Smartstore als universal Website Plattform verwenden zu können, d.h. das CMS System als Grundlage für alles, dann ggf. den Shop (ohne Bestellmöglickeit) als Produktangebot und ggf. auch zum Bestellen der Produkte. Hier habe ich zuviel erwartet.

Sehr gute Onlineshoplösung, die für B2C sowohl auch als B2B genutzt werden kann. Man findet sich sehr schnell zu recht, auch wenn man nicht groß im Thema ist. Sehr hilfreiche Community.
What did you not like?
Das Regelsystem ist als Einsteiger doch recht schwierig zu bedinen.
