What did you like?
In even an smb organization there's a lot to do, and to do things properly, there's a lot you shouldn't always forget. It's also great to keep up with best practices and to assign people to really do things.
What did you not like?
The software isn't that agile. If I want to have a loop (something is done, and then something else can be done), it's very hard to set up properly. Also, to assign many people to do something is a bit painful.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Keeping up best practices and not forgetting to do things.

What did you like?
Ich finde es großartig, dass Process Street es so einfach macht, die I's und die T's zu markieren, insbesondere wenn es um sehr detaillierte Arbeiten wie die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und ähnliche Prozesse geht. Sie können die vorgefertigten Vorlagen an Ihre Bedürfnisse anpassen oder Ihre eigenen von Grund auf neu erstellen
What did you not like?
Ich finde es frustrierend, dass die Analysen, auf die man für jede Workflow-Vorlage zugreifen kann, nicht angepasst werden können, so dass man sich auf die Ergebnisse eines abgeschlossenen Workflows konzentrieren kann (z. B. die Ergebnisse der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit). Außerdem kann es leicht passieren, dass man versehentlich ein Workflow-Element an eine andere Stelle als die vorgesehene verschiebt, so dass man es immer wieder zurückschieben muss. Wie ich Process Street kenne, werden wir uns in den kommenden Monaten/Jahren mit diesen beiden kleineren Bereichen befassen
