What users say about Pitch
Based on 25 reviews
Pitch is appreciated for its modern templates, clean user interface, and smooth real-time collaboration, which makes creating visually appealing presentations easier. However, users criticize compatibility issues, as the export to PowerPoint is not always seamless. Additionally, the AI features of Pitch frequently deliver only generic drafts that require much post-processing and do not save enough time in demanding B2B use cases.

What did you like?
Also wirklich viel Licht.
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
The interface is modern, clean and easy to understand. Collaboration works well, especially when several people are working on the same presentation. For simple internal decks, Pitch is fast and convenient.
What did you not like?
For more professional presentations, we found Pitch too restrictive. It becomes difficult when you need to follow strict corporate design guidelines or create more individual layouts. Many presentations end up having a similar “Pitch look”.
The AI features were also less useful than expected. They are fine for a first draft, but we still had to manually rework a lot of the content, structure and design.
The biggest issue for us was the PowerPoint workflow. In a company environment, presentations are often shared with clients, consultants and other external parties who work in PPTX. Once a presentation needs to leave Pitch and be edited elsewhere, the workflow becomes noticeably less smooth.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We mainly used Pitch to create internal presentations, sales decks and management updates more quickly, while making collaboration between different team members easier.
The biggest benefit was definitely the collaborative workflow. Multiple people can work on the same deck without constantly sending different PowerPoint versions back and forth. For simple presentations, this saves time and makes the process much more organized.
However, for more complex or client-facing presentations, the benefit was limited. We still had to spend a lot of time adjusting layouts, branding and content manually, and in many cases we eventually moved the presentation back to PowerPoint for final editing.

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What we like best about Pitch is the clean interface and the collaboration experience. It is easy for multiple team members to work on the same presentation, leave comments, and make quick adjustments without much onboarding. For simple internal decks and collaborative editing, the workflow is smooth and visually polished.
What did you not like?
The biggest issue for us is the limited ROI compared with other presentation tools. Pitch looks good and collaboration works well, but the AI-assisted creation does not save enough time in more demanding B2B use cases. We still spend too much time restructuring content, refining slides, and fixing details before a presentation is ready for a client or management audience.
We also found the workflow more restrictive than expected when presentations need to be used outside the Pitch ecosystem. PowerPoint compatibility is especially important for us, and the export process is not always as seamless as we would like. Some elements do not transfer perfectly, which creates additional manual work.
Compared with tools such as Slaide, Gamma, Canva, or PowerPoint with Copilot, Pitch did not give us enough of an advantage in speed, AI quality, or final output to justify the cost for broader professional use.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Pitch helps us mainly with collaborative presentation creation. It gives teams a central place to work on decks, review content, leave comments, and keep visual consistency without constantly sending PowerPoint files back and forth.
The main benefit we have realized is smoother collaboration and somewhat faster coordination, especially for internal presentations and early-stage drafts. However, the time savings are limited once a deck needs to be polished for external or executive use. At that point, we still spend a significant amount of time on restructuring, design adjustments, and export-related cleanup.
So while Pitch improves the collaboration process, it has not reduced our overall presentation workload enough to create a strong ROI for us.

What did you like?
Real time collaboration is solid, comments and version history work the way you'd want. The built in analytics on who opened the deck and how long they spent on each slide is a nice touch we don't get elsewhere.
What did you not like?
It's locked into its own layouts, anything outside the presets is a fight. Exporting to PowerPoint is the real problem: fonts shift, some elements flatten into images, and charts have lost their underlying data more than once. Pricing also jumps a lot once you need the features that actually justify switching. We ended up moving to Slaide instead, the exports just hold up better once they leave the tool.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It fixed our "deck scattered across five laptops" problem, one shared source of truth cuts down on email chaos during review. But that benefit gets eaten back up as soon as the deck needs to leave Pitch, since we end up rebuilding formatting for anyone working in PowerPoint.

What did you like?
Pitch is polished, easy to use and genuinely good when several people need to work on the same presentation. Comments, shared editing and the browser-based workflow make collaboration much smoother than passing PowerPoint files around. The templates also look modern, so it is easy to create something visually clean without much setup.
What did you not like?
For me, Pitch becomes less convincing once the presentation itself gets more demanding. The AI can help produce a first draft, but the storyline and individual slides often feel fairly generic, especially for strategy decks, consulting-style presentations or more analytical content.
I also prefer a workflow where the final presentation can move naturally into PowerPoint for detailed editing. That is one reason I now use Slaide much more often: the AI-generated structure is stronger for my use cases and the PowerPoint workflow fits much better with how I actually finish professional presentations.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Pitch mainly solved a collaboration problem for us. It made it easier to build presentations together, review changes and keep everyone on the same version of the deck. For internal updates, startup-style presentations and simpler sales material, that saves a fair amount of coordination time.
The benefit is less pronounced when the hard part is not collaboration but actually building a strong presentation from complex information. In those cases, I still spend a lot of time refining the narrative and slides. That is where tools focused more heavily on AI presentation generation, particularly Slaide, have been more valuable for my workflow.

What did you like?
Pitch.com has a modern interface and makes it relatively easy to create a clean-looking presentation quickly. The collaborative workflow is also useful for teams, especially when several people want to work on the same deck directly in the browser.
What did you not like?
For more professional business presentations, Pitch.com felt too limiting for us. The slides can become quite template-driven, and complex or information-dense content often requires a lot of manual work to get right.
This becomes especially noticeable with pitch decks, consulting-style presentations and more sophisticated business slides where layout flexibility and PowerPoint editability really matter. In those areas, Slaide worked much better for us. The AI handled complex slide structures more effectively, the layouts felt less repetitive, and the final presentation was much easier to continue editing in PowerPoint.
Pitch.com is good for simple collaborative decks, but for our professional presentation workflow it felt more like a compromise than a complete solution.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Pitch.com mainly solves the problem of creating and collaborating on presentations quickly in a browser-based environment. It is useful for simple internal decks and situations where several team members need to work on the same presentation.
The benefit is speed and easy collaboration at the beginning of the process. For more complex business presentations, however, we still needed significant manual refinement. That is why we ultimately preferred Slaide for demanding decks, where AI generation, slide complexity and editable PowerPoint output worked much better together.

What did you like?

Which problems are you solving with the product?
What did you like?
What did you not like?

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you not like?
