Am meisten gefällt mir, dass Slaide nicht erst bei der Erstellung der Präsentation anfängt. Ich kann mit einer Fragestellung oder vorhandenen Dokumenten starten und die Recherche, Strukturierung und Erstellung in einem Workflow erledigen, anstatt dafür mehrere Tools zu nutzen.
Besonders hilfreich ist für mich die Web-Recherche mit Quellen, weil ich gerade bei Markt-, Wettbewerbs- oder Strategiethemen nicht nur gut aussehende Folien, sondern eine belastbare inhaltliche Grundlage brauche.
Außerdem finde ich die Corporate-Design-Funktion stark. Farben, Schriften und die eigene visuelle Identität können hinterlegt werden, sodass die Ergebnisse deutlich näher an unserem eigenen Auftritt sind und nicht wie typische generische KI-Präsentationen aussehen.
What did you not like?
Bei sehr individuellen Präsentationen muss man an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch manuell nacharbeiten. Gerade wenn man eine ganz bestimmte Vorstellung von einzelnen Layouts oder visuellen Details hat, würde ich mir noch mehr direkte Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten wünschen.
Einige Funktionen entwickeln sich aktuell noch weiter, was man an manchen Stellen merkt. Dafür kommen allerdings regelmäßig Verbesserungen hinzu.
Für kleinere oder sehr einfache Präsentationen ist der Funktionsumfang teilweise fast mehr, als man eigentlich benötigt. Den größten Mehrwert sehe ich persönlich bei anspruchsvolleren Business-Präsentationen und Dokumenten, bei denen Recherche, Inhalt und Gestaltung zusammenspielen.

Slaide löst für mich vor allem das Problem, dass für eine professionelle Präsentation bisher mehrere Arbeitsschritte und Tools notwendig waren. Recherche, Quellenprüfung, Strukturierung, Texterstellung und die eigentliche Präsentation können jetzt in einem durchgängigen Workflow erledigt werden.
Dadurch spare ich insbesondere bei Marktanalysen, Kundenpräsentationen und strategischen Unterlagen viel Zeit und kann schneller von einer ersten Fragestellung zu einem präsentierbaren Ergebnis kommen.
Gleichzeitig reduziert Slaide den manuellen Aufwand bei der Gestaltung. Durch das hinterlegte Corporate Design entstehen Ergebnisse, die bereits zu unserem Unternehmensauftritt passen und anschließend trotzdem vollständig editierbar bleiben. Für mich bedeutet das vor allem: weniger operative Arbeit bei Präsentationen und mehr Zeit für die eigentliche inhaltliche Arbeit.

What did you like?
We used to outsource anything client-facing to our design agency (a rebrand deck, a quarterly board update, a sales one-pager) because nobody on the team had the design chops to make it look right ourselves. Slaide has basically replaced that step for 80% of what we used to send out. I type up the content, it comes back structured and on-brand, and I only loop in the agency now for the handful of decks that really need a dedicated designer's eye.
What's made the biggest difference day to day is how consistent decks look across the team. Four different people generate presentations and they all still feel like they came from the same brand, without anyone having to police a style guide. Slaide just applies it. And because I can keep talking to it after the first draft ("tighten this section," "this slide has too much text, split it"), I'm not stuck reworking things by hand in PowerPoint. The iteration stays fast, not just the first draft.
The other underrated part: onboarding new team members to "how we make decks here" used to take an actual conversation. Now I just point them at Slaide and our brand kit is already baked in, so they're producing on-brand work on day one.
What did you not like?
Honestly not much. If I'm nitpicking, I'd like slightly more control over chart styling for the handful of data heavy slides we do. Right now I sometimes still hand tune a chart afterward to get exactly the look I want. Small thing, it doesn't take away from how much time and agency budget this has saved us overall.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
he core problem was dependency. Every client facing or leadership facing deck had to go through either our design agency or the one or two people on the team who were "good at PowerPoint." That created a bottleneck and made turnaround unpredictable, especially when something was needed same day. Slaide took that bottleneck away. Anyone on the team can now produce a solid first draft themselves, in our brand, without waiting on someone else's calendar.
The second problem was consistency across a growing team. As more people started making decks, style started drifting, different fonts, different slide structures, different levels of polish depending on who made it. Since everyone generates through Slaide with the same brand kit applied, that drift basically stopped. A deck from marketing and a deck from sales now look like they belong to the same company.
In terms of actual benefit: we've cut our agency spend on internal facing decks close to zero, and the decks that used to take two or three days of back and forth now take an afternoon, sometimes less. The time we save isn't just the design work either, it's the review cycles we no longer need because the first draft is already close to what we want.

Slaide ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und man kommt schnell zu einem guten Ergebnis. Besonders gut finde ich, dass aus einer kurzen Idee direkt eine ordentlich aufgebaute Präsentation entsteht. Außerdem spart man viel Zeit beim Layout und Design und kann die Präsentation danach noch selbst bearbeiten.

Manchmal muss man die erstellten Inhalte noch etwas nachbearbeiten, damit wirklich alles so passt, wie man es möchte. Auch bei manchen Layouts würde ich mir noch etwas mehr Möglichkeiten zur individuellen Anpassung wünschen.

Slaide hilft mir vor allem dabei, schneller von einer Idee zu einer fertigen Präsentation zu kommen. Ich muss mich weniger mit Layout, Aufbau und Formatierung beschäftigen und kann mich mehr auf die Inhalte konzentrieren. Außerdem bekomme ich dadurch auch bei wenig Zeit eine gute Grundlage, die ich anschließend noch individuell anpassen kann.

What did you like?
What I like most about Slaide is that it does not stop at generating nice-looking slides. It helps with the part that usually takes the most time: turning rough ideas, research, documents or a short brief into a coherent presentation with a clear storyline.
The output is much closer to something I would actually use in a professional setting than with many other AI presentation tools I have tried. The slides are structured well, the designs do not feel overly template-driven, and most importantly, the presentation can continue into PowerPoint for detailed editing.
That combination is the reason Slaide works so well for me. I get the speed of AI generation without giving up the flexibility I need for consulting decks, strategy presentations, pitch decks and client-facing work.
What did you not like?
Some of the more advanced workflows take a little time to discover, especially when you want to fine-tune branding or make very specific changes to individual slides.
But these are relatively small points. The core presentation generation is already very strong, and the product improves quickly. For my workflow, the time saved is much more important than the occasional extra click.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Slaide mainly solves the gap between having the information and actually having a finished presentation. Before using it, a lot of time went into manually building an outline, deciding how to split the content across slides, creating the first layouts and then formatting everything in PowerPoint.
Now I can start with a prompt, research, PDFs, DOCX files or existing content and get a complete first version of the deck much faster. I still review and refine the presentation, but I am no longer starting from a blank slide.
The biggest benefit is time. Several hours of repetitive presentation work can often be reduced to a fraction of that. That makes the ROI very easy to justify, especially if presentations are part of your regular work.
I also like that Slaide fits into the tools I already use instead of forcing me into a completely separate ecosystem. For me, Slaide plus PowerPoint has become a very efficient combination: Slaide handles the AI-heavy preparation and PowerPoint remains the environment for the final details.

Slaide nimmt uns vor allem bei der Erstellung von Kundenunterlagen viel operative Arbeit ab. Aus einer Fragestellung, bestehenden Dokumenten oder verschiedenen Quellen entsteht sehr schnell eine strukturierte Grundlage, die wir direkt für Präsentationen, Analysen oder Strategiepapiere weiterverwenden können.
Besonders hilfreich ist für uns, dass Recherche, inhaltliche Strukturierung und visuelle Aufbereitung nicht mehr über mehrere Tools verteilt sind. Das spart im Beratungsalltag spürbar Zeit.
Ein weiterer großer Punkt ist die Corporate-Design-Funktion. Präsentationen können direkt an unsere eigene Markenwelt angepasst werden und anschließend als editierbare PowerPoint weiterbearbeitet werden. Gerade bei kundenfertigen Unterlagen ist das für uns deutlich relevanter als einfach nur schnell irgendwelche KI-Folien zu generieren.

Slaide ist noch ein relativ junges Produkt und das merkt man an einigen Stellen. Einzelne Funktionen und Möglichkeiten zur individuellen Anpassung sind noch nicht so umfangreich, wie man es von seit Jahren etablierten Präsentationslösungen kennt.
Bei sehr spezifischen Kundenpräsentationen ist deshalb teilweise noch manuelle Nacharbeit notwendig, insbesondere wenn man beim Layout sehr konkrete Vorstellungen hat.
Gleichzeitig entwickelt sich das Produkt aktuell sehr schnell. Für uns überwiegt deshalb klar der Zeitgewinn, trotzdem würden wir uns künftig noch mehr Detailkontrolle und Designflexibilität wünschen.

Im Consulting kostet nicht nur das Erstellen von Präsentationen Zeit, sondern vor allem die Arbeit davor: Informationen recherchieren, Quellen auswerten, bestehende Dokumente zusammenführen und daraus eine klare Storyline entwickeln. Slaide bündelt genau diese Schritte in einem Workflow und reduziert damit einen großen Teil der manuellen Vorarbeit.
Für uns bedeutet das, dass wir deutlich schneller von Rohinformationen zu einer professionellen, kundenfähigen Präsentation oder Analyse kommen. Gleichzeitig können wir unser Corporate Design hinterlegen und die Ergebnisse anschließend als editierbare Dateien weiterbearbeiten.
Der größte Vorteil ist für mich deshalb nicht einfach „KI erstellt Folien“, sondern dass qualifizierte Arbeitszeit im Team frei wird, die wir stattdessen für Beratung, Strategie und unsere Kunden einsetzen können.

What I like most about Slaide is that it combines the speed of an AI presentation maker with the flexibility of a real PowerPoint workflow.
A lot of AI presentation tools are good at producing a visually clean first draft, but the result often feels template-driven or difficult to edit properly afterwards. Slaide is different. It can generate complete business presentations, pitch decks, consulting-style slides and information-dense PowerPoint decks from a prompt, document or existing content, while still giving you a presentation you can continue editing in PowerPoint.
The AI is especially strong at structuring content. It does not simply turn text into bullet points. It creates a storyline, distributes information across slides and uses different slide structures depending on the content. That makes the output feel much more professional and less repetitive.
The editable PowerPoint export is probably the biggest advantage for us. We regularly need to make last-minute changes, combine slides with existing decks, adjust individual elements or share presentations with colleagues and clients. Slaide fits into that workflow much better than tools that try to keep everything inside their own web editor.
I also like the AI-assisted editing features. Being able to shorten text, rewrite a headline, restructure content or refine an individual slide without rebuilding everything manually saves a lot of time.
Overall, Slaide is one of the few AI presentation tools we have used that feels genuinely useful for professional business presentations rather than just quick AI-generated demos.
What did you not like?
laide is still evolving quickly, so some parts of the product are not yet as polished as the core AI presentation generation.
With very long or highly complex presentations, I still occasionally make small manual adjustments after generation or after exporting to PowerPoint. I would also like to see even more integrations and additional advanced controls for users with very specific corporate design requirements.
That said, these are relatively minor issues compared with the time saved. The core workflow (from content to AI-generated presentation to editable PowerPoint) already works extremly well.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Slaide solves one of the biggest problems in presentation creation: turning unstructured information into a professional presentation without spending hours manually designing every slide.
Instead of starting from a blank PowerPoint, we can give Slaide a topic, document, research material or rough outline and let the AI build the presentation structure, storyline and slides. This is particularly valuable for pitch decks, sales presentations, consulting decks and other business presentations where both content quality and visual structure matter.
The main benefit is not just faster presentation generation. It reduces the amount of work across the entire process. We spend less time deciding how to structure slides, formatting content, creating layouts and rebuilding AI-generated presentations afterwards.
Because the final result remains editable in PowerPoint, we can still apply the final 10–20% of manual refinement where necessary. That combination of AI speed and PowerPoint flexibility has significantly improved our presentation workflow.

Für mich ist der größte Unterschied zu vielen anderen KI-Präsentationstools, dass Slaide nicht einfach Inhalte in feste Templates presst. Präsentationen, Reports und andere Dokumente werden von Grund auf passend zum Inhalt aufgebaut und gestaltet. Dadurch sehen unterschiedliche Ergebnisse auch tatsächlich unterschiedlich aus.
Sehr praktisch finde ich außerdem, dass man eigene PDFs, Word-Dateien, Excel-Tabellen oder andere Unterlagen hochladen kann und Slaide diese als Grundlage für den Inhalt berücksichtigt. Wenn aktuelle Informationen fehlen, kann die KI zusätzlich im Web recherchieren.
Für professionelle Nutzung ist auch die Corporate-Identity-Funktion stark: Unternehmen können ihre eigene Marke mit Farben, Schriften und Designvorgaben hinterlegen, sodass neue Präsentationen und Dokumente direkt im passenden Look erstellt werden.
Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist der Export. Präsentationen können als editierbare PowerPoint-Dateien und Dokumente beispielsweise als Word-Dateien exportiert werden. Man ist also nicht dauerhaft an einen proprietären Editor gebunden. Da Slaide die Layouts individuell von Grund auf erstellt und nicht einfach ein festes Template verwendet, kann die erste Version manchmal etwas anders aussehen als erwartet. Dafür sind die Ergebnisse meiner Erfahrung nach deutlich weniger repetitiv als bei klassischen Template-basierten AI Presentation Tools.
