Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?

We tried to use many tools, but only LEAP provided not only software but also process that works. Before we struggled with creating processes on how to operate the non-profit the most efficient way without having to do a lot of administration and with focus on what we actually do. We mainly use the CRM part of the system and what we really like is having tabs of connected entities available at all time (e.g. projects tab on company)

What did you not like?

We use AI a lot, but we are missing native integration of LEAP via MCP. However we talked to product team and they reassured us that is is on the way.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It helps us manage contacts to other companies. It really helped us by providing own process instead of having to figure out and wasting a lot of time.

What did you like?

Our invoicing lag was a real cashflow issue — sometimes 6 weeks between work-done and invoice-sent. LEAP made it a single-day turnaround. I sleep better.

What did you not like?

The forms and some UI elements felt a bit dense on first use — the information is all there, but the layout could be a touch more scannable or visually separated for quicker reading. That said, it was purely a first-impression thing. Once I got familiar with the system, it hasn’t slowed me down at all and I’ve had no real issues working in it day-to-day.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

LEAP has mainly solved our biggest cashflow headache: the long delay between completing work and actually sending invoices. Before LEAP, it could take 5–8 days from work done to invoice sent because everything lived in separate tools and spreadsheets. Now we go from worklog to invoice in a single day. Beyond invoicing, it’s given us much better end-to-end visibility. We can see projects, delivery, and financials in one connected system instead of constantly switching between tools and chasing updates. This means we spot risks earlier, have real-time revenue insight, and make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork.

What did you like?

As a freelancer, tracking and invoicing clients is a big part of my administration. After starting with LEAP, I realized how easy it is to do. And the new dashboard is great!

What did you not like?

I am missing the quotes creation, but based on the communication with the team behind LEAP, it will be released very soon.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

My client and project tracking and invoicing done in Excel was an awful experience. Now I can easily see the contacts and companies in their stages, track the project costs, and create invoices directly from LEAP.
