KenCube

KenCube is an Employee Operations Platform (EOP): an integrated platform that organises an organisation's day-to-day collaboration in one place — communication, knowledge, tasks, requests, obligations and learning. For all employees, with and without a desk.

Intranet, employee app, document storage, ticket system, project board, QM manual and training records no longer run side by side in seven different tools, but in a single system.

KenCube is used in the browser at the workplace and on mobile in the KenCube app. This way, news, knowledge, documents and self-services reach the entire workforce — including employees without a fixed PC workstation and without a company email address of their own. All modules are available in both.

At the core is the base platform with user management, permissions, multilingual support, administration, EU hosting and personal support — always included.

The AI Companion sits as an optional module across all areas. Instead of hunting down content, you simply ask a question: the AI chat answers from the content released to the individual user, cites its sources, and handles small tasks directly in the platform via the MCP interface — creating a ticket, for example.

Three points set this apart from the usual AI add-ons:

• KenCube's own AI: open-source models on KenCube's own dedicated hardware in the EU. Content never leaves KenCube's sphere of control, no third-party AI service is involved, and no external API key is required.

• Hybrid AI: if preferred, you can connect Mistral, Anthropic or OpenAI instead using your own API key.

• Permission-aware: the AI processes only content the person in question is already allowed to see. Who can use the AI tools can be controlled per user.

And: KenCube EOP can also be used entirely without AI functions. The AI Companion can be disabled altogether.
