What did you like?

IBM Bietet unglaublich viele Lerninhalte zu Ihrem Produkt auf ihrer Website an. Egal ob ich einen IOS-Push, einen Android-Push oder einen Web-Push absenden möchte die gesamte Dokumentation mit Tutorial ist vorhanden. So eine gute Dokumentation habe ich noch bei keinem Anderen Anbieter gesehen. Für die Entwickler die es dann in die bestehenden Software-Systeme einbinden wollen ist es wirklich Perfekt. Die SDK und REST-API's sind sehr umfangreich und Strukturiert aufgebaut. Es bietet die gängigen Features wie Segmentierung und Tracking, wodurch die Interaktion mit dem Benutzer genau Nachverfolgt werden können. Dadurch hat der Fachbereich vollste Kontrolle über die Gesendeten Inhalte. Mit dem Basic-Tarif kann man bis zu 100.000 Nachrichten Kostenlos versenden.

What did you not like?

Das Pricing ist für mich als Entwickler sehr intransparent und ich bekomme nur auf Anfrage zahlen die ich meinen Stakeholdern Präsentieren kann.

Durch IBM Push Notifications, müssen sich Software-Entwickler nur noch um die Implementierung des SDK's oder Anbindung an die API kümmern und schon kann der Fachbereich, die gewünschten Notifications Senden. Für Entwickler ist es außerdem sehr einfach Programatisch einen Push zu versenden.
