Hubnity

I’ve been using Hubnity for tracking my work hours and so far it works really well. The time tracking is accurate and I haven’t had any random issues with it. I also like that it can stop the timer automatically when there is no activity, because I sometimes forget to stop it myself. The mobile version is useful too, especially when I need to work away from my computer.

Everything in the interface is easy to understand, so I didn’t need much time to get used to it. The phone app is a nice bonus as well.

Все нравится все устраивает. Работает как надо, пользоваться удобно, пока замечаний нет.

I like how simple and convenient the app is for keeping track of my working time. I can quickly check how many hours I've worked and look back at my activity over the month. The statistics give me a better understanding of how I spend my time during the workday.

Ich nutze Hubnity – Time Tracking für die Zeiterfassung: Es hilft mir, meinen Arbeitstag effektiv zu strukturieren und meine Arbeitsstatistiken für den ganzen Monat einzusehen. Ich weiß immer genau, was ich zu welcher Zeit gemacht habe, und die App kann ein echter Lebensretter sein, wenn mich mein Gedächtnis im Stich lässt. Mir gefällt der Tab „Dashboard“: Dort kann ich sehen, wie viel Zeit ich in einem bestimmten Zeitraum gearbeitet habe, genau herausfinden, wie viel Zeit ich in Pausen verbracht habe, und meine Produktivität anhand meiner Aktivität messen.

Was mir an Hubnity besonders gefällt, ist, dass alles an einem Ort gebündelt ist. Ich kann Arbeitszeiten erfassen, die Aktivität der Mitarbeiter einsehen und schneller erkennen, wo es eventuell Verzögerungen gibt. Für mich ist das besonders praktisch, weil ein Teil meines Teams remote arbeitet und häufig unterwegs ist. Dadurch brauche ich deutlich weniger manuelle Kontrollen und unnötige Rückfragen.

Noch funktioniert nicht jede Funktion perfekt, und man merkt, dass sich das Produkt noch in der Weiterentwicklung befindet. Für mich ist das aber kein großes Problem, weil der Support schnell reagiert und auf Feedback tatsächlich eingeht. Einige Punkte, die ich gemeldet habe, wurden ziemlich zügig verbessert.

Insgesamt sind meine Erfahrungen bisher positiv. Die Software hilft mir dabei, den Arbeitsalltag besser zu organisieren und mehr Transparenz im Team zu bekommen. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass ich nicht ständig bei den Mitarbeitern nach dem aktuellen Stand fragen muss. Wenn sich das Produkt weiterhin so entwickelt, wird es meiner Meinung nach noch nützlicher.

У Hubnity простой и понятный интерфейс, поэтому начать пользоваться сервисом можно без долгого обучения. Удобно отслеживать рабочее время и видеть, сколько времени уходит на разные задачи. Также нравится, что основная статистика собрана в одном месте и ее можно быстро посмотреть в течение рабочего дня.

Хотелось бы видеть более подробную аналитику по задачам и проектам. Не хватает дополнительных фильтров для более удобной работы с большим количеством данных.
