What did you like?
Super Rollout. Wir konnten trotz Anpassungen innerhalb von einer Woche starten. Kompetenter und einfach netter Support. Und falls etwas nicht umgesetzt werden kann, wird dies klar kommuniziert. Gerade für uns als Design Studio ist UX ein sehr wichtiges Thema. Die Software hat genau in den Bereichen Detailtiefe die uns wichtig sind: 360 Grad-Feedback und Zielvereinbarungen. Die Benutzerführung ist durchdacht. Es gibt keine überflüssigen Elemente. Und es gibt eine gut nutzbare englische Version, was leider definitiv nicht selbstverständlich ist.
What did you not like?
An einigen Stellen hat die Anwendung grafisch noch Luft nach oben. Es gibt keine App.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Großartig. Experten auf Ihrem Gebiet. Hervorragender Support, auch bei komplizierten Themen. Wir haben die Entscheidung nicht bereut. Ich kann easyreview nur empfehlen.

What did you like?
Wir konnten uns in wenigen Stunden in easyreview einarbeiten und das erste Peer-Review schon in der ersten Woche starten. Besonders beeindruckt war ich vom engen Austausch mit den Gründern und der schnellen Hilfe bei jeder Frage die wir hatten.
Als nächstes werden wir auch externe Umfragen an Lieferanten und Kunden mit easyreview umsetzen, damit lohnt sich das Investment in die Software für uns gleich doppelt.
What did you not like?
Man merkt an ein paar Stellen, dass unser Team noch etwas zu klein ist um jede Funktion von easyreview auch wirklich zu benötigen. Aber ich freue mich schon darauf wenn wir groß genug sind das alles zu benutzen!
Which problems are you solving with the product?
easyreview hilft uns dabei mit Peer-Reviews besser zu verstehen wie unser Team tickt. Unsere Kolleg*innen bekommen so schnelles und transparentes Feedback. So können wir uns individuell und als Gruppe gezielt z.B. durch Trainings und Coaching weiterentwickeln.
Als Covid und letztes Jahr überrant hat, hatte das auch noch den Nebeneffekt, dass wir trotz Home Office viel näher am Team bleiben konnten und technische und psychische Herausforderungen schnell entdeckt wurden.

What did you like?
Die Flexibilität für die Erstellung von Bewertungen. Ich kann für verschiedenste Situationen eigene Bewertungen schnell und unkompliziert erstellen. Sei es für ein Jahres-, Standort- oder Probezeitgespräch, aber auch für die Zielfestlegungen. Ebenfalls ist der Preis für den Kosten-Nutzen sehr interessant.

Nichts - weil die Owner für jegliche Ideen offen sind und diese umgesetzt werden.

Mit easyreview gestalte ich individuelle Dokumente für Mitarbeitergespräche jeglicher Art. Der grosse Vorteil ist, dass ich diese erstellen kann ohne einen Partner beizuziehen oder Geld investieren muss, um ein neues Formular zu erstellen.

What did you like?
Wir haben nach einer Lösung für Peer-Reviews gesucht die wir unseren Mitarbeitenden in 5 Minuten erklären können. Am Ende sind wir bei easyreview gelandet und damit sehr zufrieden. Besonders für unsere funktionalen Führungskräfte sind die Auswertungen super. Sehr übersichtlich und wir können schnell ganz praktische Handlungsempfehlungen und Ziele daraus ableiten.

Single-Sign-On für O365 ist zwar angekündigt, aber halt noch nicht da.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Der Organisationsaufwand bei Peer-Review entfällt, wir können leichter aus dem Feedback Handlungsansätze entwickeln und die Führungskräfte sehen das Feedback übersichtlich.

What did you like?
Das Feedbacktool ist sehr einfach zu verstehen sowohl für Administrator als auch für User. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem easyreview Team und dem tollen Support, den wir von allen bekommen. Das Team hat all unsere Wünsche und Probleme in kürzester Zeit umsetzen und lösen können.

Am Anfang muss man ein wenig Zeit investieren um den Aufbau des System auf Admin Seite zu verstehen und das volle Potential zu erkennen aber das gibt es wohl bei jedem Tool.

Wir nutzen Easyreview um eine schnelle und problemlose Zielvereinbarung, Tracking der Ziele und Jahrsendgespräche zu gewährleisten und so den Prozess für alle Beteiligten zu vereinfachen.

What did you like?
EasyReview is highly customizable and very intuitive to use. Neither managers nor employees had any trouble getting used to the system, so it was quickly widely accepted. From an administrator's perspective, there are many configuration options. Initiating feedback is easy and can be done in just a few steps.
What did you not like?
Nothing. If something doesn't work out, they respond quickly. They always find a way to make it work. They are open for individual customization. The "closing process" is a bit "annoying" because of the 2FA, but it's a signature, so the process is absolutely compliant.

Digitization of all performance/feedback processes, ability to analyze the data, easy process monitoring,

What did you like?
Schnell können kurze und lange Umfragen gestartet werden. Für uns besonders fürs MAB gut geeignet und eingesetzt. Jederzeit haben Mitarbeitende Zugriff auf ihre Bewertungen. Der Kundenservice ist sehr gut; wir erhalten jeweils schnell Rückmeldung bei Fragen.
What did you not like?
Das Hin- und Her- Switchen zwischen verschiedenen Rollen (Admin, HR, MA, VG) erschwert manchmal die Übersicht. Der Zielvereinbarungs-Prozess ist etwas gar einfach gestaltet. Wir konnten uns jedoch gut damit arrangieren.

Gelöstes Problem; einfache Durchführung der jährlichen MAB's. Vorteile: Mitarbeiter und Vorgesetzte haben jederzeit Zugriff auf die Bewertungen. Die Ablage ist einheitlich. Der Prozess ist einfach und zeitsparend.

EasyReview offers a great usability, a wide range of functions & an absolut fantastic support. We are very happy to implement EasyReview as out target agreement platform!
What did you not like?
There is no real dislike. Once you get used to the tool, everything is fine and it really helps us in securing the overview of our bonus figures.

We use EasyReview for setting up target agreements and, with a direct link to our HR system, to pay out the bonuses automatically.

What did you like?
easy review is really userfriendly and has a dashboard which is really intuitively to use. Furthermore the support is outstanding, the team is really involved and is always supporting changes and implementations. They always prepare a video, which shows how to use the new changes. Always reply within hours. Huge recommendation!
What did you not like?
easy review has lots of room of adjustment and adaptations, which is a pro in my opinion, however this might not be what every customer wants.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We are using easy review for our performance appraisal, for 360°-feedbacks, for the appraisals of our students and we also found a way to implement the personal targets including the review of the targets in the system. Actually any kind of feedback can be realized in easy review

Das Tool ist einfach zu erlernen. Es wird stetig weiterentwickelt. Meine Wünsche werden ernst genommen und sofort umgesetzt. Der Support ist klasse!

Die hinterlegten Anleitungen sind mir etwas zu technisch. Sie sind hilfreich, wenn mir unklar ist, was ich wo einstellen muss (das ist aber sowieso meist intuitiv auffindbar). Was mir fehlt, sind die Hinweise, was ein Häklein hier oder kein Häklein da für Auswirkungen haben kann.

Ich muss keine Excellisten mehr führen, sondern kann die Zielauswertung direkt aus dem System ziehen. Ich habe immer den Überblick über den Stand der Mitarbeitergespräche. Und ich muss den Unterschriften nicht mehr hinterherrennen.

Manche Prozesse sind noch etwas holprig und können optimiert werden; man muss noch ein paar Dinge zu Fuß machen (kann aber auch gut sein, dass das eher an uns als an Easy Review liegt). Jedoch handelt es sich dabei um Kleinigkeiten.

Wir konnten unseren Gesprächsprozess damit digitalisieren und haben eine Plattform geschaffen, die gut bei den Mitarbeiter:innen ankommt und gut angenommen wird. Der große Vorteil ist, dass Easy Review genau unsere Bedarfe abdeckt. Durch den tollen Support konnten wir es genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Wir würden uns auf alle Fälle nochmal für Easy Review entscheiden.
