agorum core ist flexibel und modular aufgebaut. Wir konnten unsere Abläufe sauber integrieren. Die Integration in ein von uns selbst entwickeltes Führungssystem war ohne Probleme möglich.

What did you not like?

Standard Tastaturkürzel, wie man mit dem File Explorer gewohnt ist, sollten implementiert werden.

Alle Projektdaten werden nun an einem zentralen Ort gespeichert. Die Volltextsuche wie auch die speziellen Metadaten helfen um in kürzester Zeit die Dokumente zu finden. Zudem wird der Zugriff für unsere Übersee-Filialen beschleunigt im Vergleich zu einem normalen Fileshare.

Sehr mächtige Suchfunktion über alle Dateien in agorum core; sehr umfangreiche Filtermöglichkeiten sowie der Möglichkeit personalisierte Filter anzulegen und zu teilen; für die Unternehmen angepasste, sehr spezialisierte Workflows können erstellt werden

Keine drag&drop Funktionalität raus aus agorum core: man kann keine Dokumente direkt aus agorum core in eine Email ziehen, um sie zu versenden (geht nur über den Umweg die Datei im Explorer anzuzeigen); manche unternehmensspezifischen Entwicklungen waren recht zeit- und kostenintensiv.
