Mit Webbosaurus habe ich alle neuen Bewertungen sofort auf dem Schirm, kann sie beantworten, KI-unterstützt oder manuell. Die vielfältigen Analysen zeigen mir sofort die negativen und positiven Aspekte meiner Kunden, sodass ich direkt ins Handeln kommen kann.

Leider haben nicht alle Plattformen eine API, dafür kann aber Webbosaurus nichts.

Bewertungen sind für mich von hoher Wichtigkeit. Webbosaurus spart mir viel Zeit und hilft mir diese professionell und schnell zu beantworten. Aus dem Nutzerfeedback ziehe ich schnelle Insights, die ich dann für meine Ferienwohnungen umsetzen kann. Am Ende profitieren alle davon, besonders meine Gäste.

The readiness and speed at which Webbosaurus is able to provide to us with their product is super helpful as well as the level of care to our company's needs makes it pleasant to work with them. They're clearly knowledgeable in the reviews field and have definitely helped us move forward.
What did you not like?
Hard to find something negative to say to be honest. Whenever anything could have been better the Webbosaurus team was very quick to respond to see our perspective and resolve things.

It's really great to have one centralised tool for many different channels that have reviews as well as stay on top of things with effective workflows and AI insights/analysis.

Ein intuitives Tool mit hilfreichen Auswertungen. Der Support ist gut zu erreichen und klärt Fragen umgehend. Das Tool ist schnell und man kann parallel drin arbeiten, was gerade bei größeren Projekten hilfreich ist.
