What did you like?

Releva überzeugt durch die intelligente und weitgehend automatisierte Personalisierung im E-Commerce. Produktempfehlungen und Marketingmaßnahmen werden auf Basis des tatsächlichen Nutzerverhaltens ausgespielt. Besonders positiv sind die schnelle Integration, die übersichtliche Bedienung und die gute Zusammenarbeit mit dem Support-Team. Fragen werden kompetent und lösungsorientiert beantwortet.

Schwer zu sagen ;-) Im laufenden Betrieb ist die Plattform sehr gut verständlich und zuverlässig nutzbar.

Kunden lassen sich gezielter ansprechen und relevante Produkte automatisiert empfehlen. Damit werden manuelle Aufwände im Marketing deutlich reduziert und Kundenerlebnisse personalisiert. Die Conversion wird deutlich verbessert.

We love releva.nz Customer support, the unique self-service display platform and their partner Bento for bigger projects.

What did you not like?

There's literally nothing about this team and their offer to complain about. Manage your Display Campaigns like in the Meta Ads Manager!

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Releva.nz solves our need for highly effective versatile Retargeting solutions, self-service campaigns and the Apps by releva GmbH for Shopware 5, Gambio Shop, JTL-Shop 4, Shopify, xt:Commerce install a tracking pixel and utilize the product and category feed for dynamic display Ads.
