What did you like?
It adds transparency to the OKR process and the service team is very responsive and proactive. THe tool is intuitive and offers good value for money.
What did you not like?
Many things could be improved. I can't understand still why there is no link between KPIs and OKRs - so if a KPI is updated, the OKR is not automatically reflecting the update. The integrations with other systems are very simple, the reports don't really offer the best overviews, and insightboards, while useful, are not straightforward (only a Quantive developer can help building them in most cases). Whiteboards are a good tool, but seem to be just left there - while it could compete vs Miro and offer everything in one place. Teams see Quantive as an extra step for control, so in case they work in different systems, like Jira and close multiple tickets, it feels like they need to reflect the progress again in Quantive. Also, the Kanban board and tasks are quite limited, while they could develop and compete vs Trello or other apps, offering a one-stop solution at one price. My colleagues would like to use it like this, and have a single place to monitor all of it, instead of multiple ones. Also, for managers, it would be great if tasks could be assigned to view-only users, and that view only could maybe not edit them, but at least indicate the status of the task to help managers keep control of it.
