OroCRM bietet eine herausragende E-Commerce-Integration und einfache Benutzeroberfläche. Zudem bietet Oro für uns eine erstklassige Benutzererfahrung. Die Kundendaten sind leicht zu filtern und zu sortieren. Das erlaubt uns das erstellen von qualitativen Statistiken.
What did you not like?
Der Aufbau und die Struktur sind verbesserungsfähig. So war es nicht sofort intuitiv bedienbar. Manche Funktionen sind zudem Recht versteckt, was es schwieriger macht sie auf Anhieb zu finden.

Mit Oro können wir Kunden besser Segmentieren. Dadurch wird uns das Targeting mit Werbung vereinfacht. Durch die wirklich gut aufbereiteten Daten, können wir schnell dir wichtigsten Zusammenfassungen abrufen.
