What did you like?

Die einfache Visualisierung dank Drag & Drop Funktion. Das Tool erlaubt uns insbesondere komplexe Accounts besser zu verstehen und umfassend abzubilden. Dadurch können wir neue Opportunities erkennen und Umsätze ausbauen.

What did you not like?

Insgesamt gefällt mir das Tool sehr gut. Am wenigsten gefällt mir, dass ich es erst seit kurzem nutzen und gerne früher gefunden hätte. Ein automatisches Zwischenspeichern wäre wünschenswert, aber ansonsten habe ich noch nichts vermisst.

Wir bilden vor allem komplexere Organisationen in individuellen Organigramme ab und können so das Wissen von unterschiedlichen Kollegen zu einem Kunden zusammenbringen und Kontaktmöglichkeiten sowie Sales-Opportunities identifizieren.
