What did you like?
Es gibt die Möglichkeit, live Webinare, aufgezeichnete Webinare und "Simu-Live" Webinare durchzuführen. Wenn man ein Mal verstanden hat, wie das Setup funktioniert, geht das Aufsetzen von Webinaren innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Man hat verschiedene Möglichkeiten, mit dem Publikum zu interagieren und Ressourcen zu teilen. Außerdem ist die Verknüpfung mit Marketo hervorragend.

Es wäre super, wenn es noch möglich wäre, die Zuschauer:innen bei den Live Webinaren dazu zu schalten, wenn sie Fragen haben.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Ich führe mit On24 regelmäßige Live Webinare durch, die automatisch aufgezeichnet werden und somit auch On Demand angeschaut werden können. Es ist praktisch, da die Daten der Live Attendees und No Shows direkt zu unserem Marketing-Automation-System synchronisiert werden.

What did you like?
Die Zuschauen können ihr Bedienpanel selbstständig anpassen und auch als Host können wir das Interface markenkonform gestalten. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zur Interaktion, wie Chat und Umfragen und es ist einfach die Zuschauen zum Mitmachen zu animieren.
What did you not like?
Das Set-up ist etwas kompliziert und die UI nicht besonders modern. Dadurch, dass man so viel customizen kann, kann das initiale Set-up etwas länger dauern. Die Dokumentation und das Help Center sind nicht besonders gepflegt und gerade bei der Integration mit Hubspot bietet ON24 nicht besonders viel Unterstützung.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir lösen das Problem mit On-Demand Webinaren, die wir vorher händisch auf der Webseite bereitstellen mussten. Außerdem hilft uns ON24 dabei unsere Webinar-Strategie zu skalieren, da es gute Simu-Live und On-Demand Funktionen gibt.
