What did you like?
The combination of Karma and Aura has now been crowned by Mantra. With these apps we can build a Confluence intranet solution that is on a whole new level both in design and usability! For the use of the apps in our specific case, I had a great session with Jan, who took a lot of time to explain the apps to me and build a few examples together with me. Such a great service is a rarity nowadays and for me the main reason for the maximum star rating.
What did you not like?
for us personally we have a lot of blue-collar workers. I would like to have an option to adopt them to our intranet without exploding expenses for Confluence and the other apps. this would be something I would appreciate if you can get in touch with atlassian to find a solution for that.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
we you the combination of mantra, karma and aura for our intranet. with the apps we can design confluence pages on a whole new level and in a modern design. the apps are helping us to make the navigation for users much easier. It helps us to personalize the intranet for our users.

What did you like?
Die Einrichtung des Tools war super einfach und eigentlich selbsterklärend. Mit nur wenig Zeitaufwand hatten wir schnell ein modernes, benutzerfreundliches und individuell angepasstes Dashboard für unser Intranet (Confluence) erstellt.
Was uns besonders beeindruckt hat, war der großartige Support vom Appanvil Team. Sie waren immer schnell erreichbar und haben uns proaktiv bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Zu wissen, dass das Team ständig an neuen Features und Verbesserungen ausrollen, gibt uns das Vertrauen, unser Intranet mit Mantra weiter auszubauen.
What did you not like?
Es gab eigentlich nicht viel, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Anfangs war der Funktionsumfang vielleicht etwas eingeschränkt, was uns gelegentlich in der Nutzung des Tools limitiert hat. In den letzten sechs Monaten wurden jedoch viele durchdachte neue Features veröffentlicht, die die Lücke zwischen unseren Anforderungen und den Möglichkeiten des Tools deutlich geschlossen haben.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Mit Mantra lösen wir vor allem das Problem, unser Intranet (basierend auf Confluence) übersichtlich, modern und benutzerfreundlich zu gestalten – ganz ohne großen Aufwand. Der größte Vorteil für uns ist, dass wir Inhalte jetzt viel ansprechender präsentieren können, was die Nutzung für alle Users deutlich angenehmer macht. Außerdem sparen wir durch die einfache Einrichtung und Pflege des Dashboards jede Menge Zeit.

What did you like?
Mantra ist sehr einfach zu benutzen und hat eine sehr übersichtliche Admin-Oberfläche, die zudem noch von der Confluence-Plattform selbst abgetrennt ist und damit keine Admin-Rechte benötigt.
What did you not like?
Leider gibt es noch keine Nutzungsbestimmungsintegration mit Opt-In-Workkflow, so wie wir das bisher in Linchpin hatten.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir lösen damit unser derzeitiges Intranet auf Basis von Confluence DC und der Linchpin-Suite vollständig ab. Damit werden wir zukunftsfähig und können sogar noch auf einige Zusatz-Apps (FAQ, Diskussionen und Umfragen) verzichten

What did you like?
Sehr übersichtliches Dashboard mit komplexem Newsmodul - auf einem Blick sind alle News aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen übersichtlich dargestellt. Integration des Social Dashboards erleichtert die Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate Influencern. Idee der Community kann Interessensgemeinschaften unkompliziert zusammenführen, ohne dass extra ein neuer Bereich geschaffen werden muss. Einfache Backend-Konfiguration für Admins.
What did you not like?
Zusätzliche Komplexitätsebene mit Feeds ist aus meiner Sicht nicht notwendig. Doppelnavigation von Mantra und Confluence Cloud ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Interne Kommunikation vor allem in Interessensgruppen intensivieren. Management von internen Events und Corporate News.

What did you like?
Durch Mantra wird die Mitarbeiterbindung durch inaktive Features wie Fragen stellen, Feedback geben und Beiträge hervorheben, gesteigert. Vor allem die effiziente Organisation von Inhalten und die automatische Archivierung veralteter Seiten in Kombination mit Tools wie „Better Content Archiving“ gefällt mir sehr gut.
What did you not like?
Mantra erweitert Confluence erheblich, was für neue oder weniger technikaffine Nutzer überwältigend wirken könnte. Funktionen wie Filter, Workspaces und Community-Einstellungen könnten schwierig zu navigieren sein.

Mantra vereint verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle wie Unternehmensnachrichten, Updates und soziale Interaktionen auf einer Plattform. Mitarbeitende können Beiträge liken, kommentieren und teilen, wodurch eine ineffektive interne Kommunikation verhindert werden kann und wichtige Infos nicht mehr übersehen werden.

Am meisten begeistert mich die Möglichkeit, die Navigation und das Dashboard-Layout anzupassen. Ich kann das Intranet genau so gestalten, wie es für meine Organisation am besten passt. Schnell und einfach.

Bisher nichts. Ich habe bisher noch keine schlechten Erfahrungen machen können.

What did you like?
Am besten gefällt mir, dass Mantra als Startseite für die gesamte Confluence-Welt verwendet werden kann. Sowohl Unternehmens-News, Postings, praktische Links und auch Socials können hier an einem Ort vereint werden.
What did you not like?
Nicht so gut gefällt mir, dass man im Design und der Anordnung sehr gebunden ist.

Das Intranet dient zum einen dem Zweck der Mitarbeiterinformation mit News & Postings, zum Anderen als "Verteiler-Seite" in unsere Confluence-Welt.
