What did you like?
Ich habe als Geschäftsführer eines IT-Dienstleisters häufig darüber nachgedacht, warum es keine gescheite Suchmaschine für IT-Projekte gibt. Mit Lyncronize ist nun eine Lösung am Markt die sich dieses Problems annimmt. Mir ist es wichtig, dass meine Mitarbeiterprofile nicht für jeden sichtbar sind, ich aber gleichzeitig passende Projekte matchen kann. Außerdem für mich extrem wichtig: Team-Projekte - beides ist sehr gut gelöst.
What did you not like?
Teilweise fehlt es an Transparenz, warum man für ein bestimmtes Projekt nicht ausgewählt wurde.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Bessere Auslastung wenn Mitarbeiter auf der Bank sitzen, Neukundenakquise und die Identifikation passender Kooperationspartner für Projekte, die wir allein nicht stemmen können. Vorteile: Die Suchmaschine gibt mir einen Gesamtmarktüberblick, das Tinderprinzip erlaubt es mir meine Mitarbeiter anzulegen ohne dass diese uneingeschränkt sichtbar sind und mir werden in Echtzeit passende Kooperationspartner vorgeschlagen (insbesondere wenn mein Netzwerk an Grenzen stößt).

Matching-Funktion die skillbasiert die passende Ausschreibung anzeigt. Profile & Projekte verwalten, welche für direkte Bewerbungen genutzt werden können.
What did you not like?
UX/UI könnte besser auf mobile devices ausgerichtet sein. Eine Synchronisation mit Hubspot wäre super.

Schnelle Suche nach passenden RFP oder Projekten. Bewerbungsprozess vereinfachen.
