Leapsome bietet vor allem im Bereich der internen Feedbackkultur super Funktionen und Möglichkeiten. Beispielsweise kann jederzeit (öffentlich oder privat) Feedback an Kollegen weitergegeben werden. Feedbackgespräche können innerhalb von Leapsome vorbereitet und durchgeführt werden.

Die Bedienoberfläche ist manchmal etwas verwirrend und könnte intuitiver gestaltet werden. Vor allem im Bereich des Feedbacks wäre eine klarere Struktur hilfreich. Der einzelnen Schritte innerhalb des Feedback Prozesses könnten z.B. als eine Timeline angezeigt werden

What did you like?

Die interaktive Kooperation mit Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitern. Dadurch kann direkt aus dem Jahresgespräch heraus ein Ziel definiert werden. Im laufe des Jahres ist es sehr übersichtlich den Fortschritt der Ziele zu verfolgen, zu dokumentieren und zu teilen.

Teilweise sind weichere Ziele schwer/gar nicht darstellbar, da nicht messbar. Das ist aber auch an sich richtig, da Ziele SMART definiert werden sollten.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Die Zielevereinbarung und das Tracking dieser Ziele lässt sich mit Leapsome ideal nachbilden. Der größte Vorteil liegt darin, dass es sogar möglich ist unternehmensweite Ziele einzubauen und dann auf die persönlichen Ziele herunter zu brechen!

What did you like?

There is not much, but the icons and tracking function is okay.

What did you not like?

The UI and UX experience is severely lacking and there is not much flexibility when trying to track and customize OKRs or your goals.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We are using Leapsome to keep track of our team's OKR progress per quarter.
