Mit dem Chatbot-Builder Landbot kann man sehr intuitiv arbeiten - die Oberfläche und dazugehörigen Funktionen sind einfach zu bedienen. Umfragen können in Form eines Chats aufgebaut werden und sind daher extrem benutzerfreundlich.

Die Auswertungsoptionen könnten hierbei noch besser sein, sodass die Ergebnisse unkomplizierter aufbereitet werden können.

Landbot-Umfragen unterscheiden sich von herkömmlichen Befragungen, da sie für die Kunden durch die Chat-Optik interaktiver sind und dadurch ein besseres Nutzererlebnis bieten können.
