What did you like?
Humanoo hat einen tollen Onboarding-Prozess: jeder Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen erhält ein Starterpaket mit Zugang zur App und Unterlagen, um seine Gesundheit zu verbessern. Gesundheit in Betrieben (BGM) wird immer wichtiger und Humanoo versucht das messbar zu machen. Das Angebot an Sportarten und Aktivitäten ist riesig und durch die Community-Funktionen bleiben alle Mitarbeiter motiviert und dabei.

Manche Challenges in der App sind etwas Buggy, aber werden vom Team schnell gefixed und behoben.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir haben Humanoo als BGM Tool eingesetzt und sind sehr begeistert von den Funktionen. Es wird sehr auf psychische Gesundheit geachtet und weiterentwickelt, dazu gibt es auch 1-zu-1 Livecalls mit Gesundheitsexperten und Ärzten. Das Tracking der Ergebnisse ist mithilfe von Protokollen sehr gut nachvollziehbar und es macht allen Mitarbeitern Spaß, dort teilzunehmen
