Mit HoorayHR habe ich endlich alle wichtigen Funktionen in einer App. Früher habe ich mehrere Programme parallel genutzt – das ist jetzt nicht mehr nötig. Die Bedienung ist einfach und logisch, sodass sich auch meine Mitarbeiter schnell zurechtfinden. Ob Urlaubsplanung, Zeiterfassung oder Dokumentenablage – alles funktioniert zuverlässig und ohne großen Aufwand. Besonders angenehm ist, dass das System klar strukturiert ist und nicht mit unnötigen Funktionen überladen wird. Der Support ist freundlich und reagiert schnell. Für uns eine praktische, übersichtliche Lösung, die den Arbeitsalltag wirklich erleichtert.

Einzig eine Reisekostenabrechnung mit hinterlegten Tagessätzen wäre noch praktisch – ansonsten bin ich rundum zufrieden.

Man kann sich ganz einfach Workflows selber bauen, z.B. "Was passiert ab der Zusage an einen Kandidaten". Von da an erinnert das System automatisiert an alle Prozessschritte.

What did you not like?

Die Zeiterfassung könnte noch an deutsche Standards angepasst werden. (Pausen automatisch abziehen, Konto übersichtlich). Praktisch wäre auch, wenn die Abrechnung komplett integrierbar wäre.

Viel Automatisierung, Vereinfachung von Prozessen. Gute Übersicht und alle Dokumente an einem Ort.

What did you like?

Als wachsendes Startup war uns besonders wichtig, Prozesse transparent und einfach verständlich zu gestalten und genau da glänzt HoorayHR. Vor allem die Feedback-Funktion und die Workflows nutzen wir regelmäßig und sie helfen uns enorm, unser Wachstum gut zu strukturieren. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr intuitiv wir haben viele Tools getestet, die zwar für Mitarbeitende übersichtlich wirkten, im Admin-Bereich aber überladen waren. HoorayHR ist da komplett anders: Klar, logisch aufgebaut und genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse abgestimm! Ein großes Plus war auch der schnelle Start, innerhalb weniger Tage waren wir vollständig einsatzbereit. Ein riesen Lob an Nadja und das Customer Success Team, die jederzeit erreichbar sind und uns super unterstützen.

Natürlich gibt es hier und da kleinere Dinge, die man verbessern könnte, oder die noch fehlen, aber das Team von HoorayHR ist extrem offen für Feedback. Ich habe immer das Gefühl, dass wir gehört werden und einige meiner Anmerkungen sind ohnehin schon geplant und Teil der Roadmap.

Wir haben unter anderem unser Onboarding und das Feedbackmanagement vollständig digitalisiert. Die automatisierten Workflows sind für uns ein absoluter Gamechanger und helfen, Zeit zu sparen und Abläufe zu vereinfachen. Mit Hilfe von HoorayHR haben wir transparente Prozesse gestalten können, die im gesamten Team gut ankommen und Vertrauen schaffen. Die Rückmeldungen sind durchweg positiv und wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für HoorayHR entscheiden! :)

What did you like?

Ich verwende Hooray z.B. um Urlaubstage zu beantragen. Das klappt super einfach und ich habe zudem immer einen guten Überblick über meine bereits genommenen Tage. Sollte man mal krank sein, kann auch das ganz einfach im System eingetragen werden. In Deutschland müssen seit kurzem auch die wöchentlichen Arbeitsstunden erfasst werden, auch das klappt inzwischen super mit Hooray. Bei Problemen, mit denen ich alleine nicht weiter kam, habe ich Hooray entweder angerufen oder eine E-Mail geschickt und habe innerhalb kurzer Zeit Hilfe bekommen und das Problem konnte gelöst werden.

Am Anfang war für mich als deutsche Arbeitnehmerin das Tool nur auf niederländisch verfügbar. Mittlerweile kann man aber auch die Sprache entsprechend ändern. Ich nutze es in englischer Sprache und komme sehr gut damit zurecht.

Vor allem die in Deutschland per neuem Gesetz erforderliche Arbeitszeiterfassung kann ich super mit Hooray festhalten. Nach ein paar Wochen Gewöhnungszeit geht das inzwischen super schnell und einfach.

Die Plattform bietet eine umfassende Lösung für die Personalverwaltung auch ohne Fachwissen, von der Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter bis zur Gehaltsabrechnung. Besonders praktisch ist die Zeiterfassung und Urlaubsverwaltung, die es ermöglichen, den Überblick über die Arbeitszeiten unserer Mitarbeiter zu behalten, Projekte zu tracken und Urlaubszeiten im Team besser zu planen. Auch der Kundenservice ist immer erreichbar und hilft uns schnell weiter!

What did you like?

HoorayHR is super simple to implement. For our start-up we could directly start, and got it up and running on the same day. Therefore we could directly manage time-off budgets, expense claims and onboarding workflows. Also if I have a question I get live support through live chat or phone within minutes.

What did you not like?

When we started with HoorayHR there were a couple of things missing for us. Most important thing that was missing was feedback for colleagues. The good thing is that they really listened to our feedback and last month launched this.

All core HR problems are being solved with ease. From time off till onboarding and expense claims till contracts. So therefore we now have a mature HR administration instead of separate Excel sheets.

Das Beste an der Zusammenarbeit mit HoorayHR ist die Effizienz und die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ihrer Software. Mir gefällt die transparente Kommunikation und die klare Struktur wirklich sehr!

What did you not like?

Bisher habe ich nichts gefunden, was mir an der Zusammenarbeit mit HoorayHR nicht gefällt. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre jedoch, dass momentan noch keine Möglichkeit besteht, die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung (2FA) für alle Kollegen automatisch zu erzwingen. Allerdings wurde mir versichert, dass dies schnellstmöglich in die Software integriert wird.

What did you not like?

The company is big on ambition but also young in comparison to other HR systems. This means still room for development. But the older systems are also a lot less scaleable and personal, so they make up for this a 100%. It depends on your company needs, but a modern system is what you get with HoorayHR for sure.

What did you like?

By using HoorayHR all HR processes within the company are streamlined, simple and easy to understand for managers and employees to use. The interface is very intuitive, so every type of user is capable of using it from the moment they start using it. No training, no heavy onboarding, no hr manager that needs to help you. If you care about your employees but also never want to lose track of your HR administration; HoorayHR is the way to go.

What did you not like?

HoorayHR is a must have, so I dislike that big corporates/companies can not easily implement HoorayHR in their way of work because the platform is built for 'smaller teams'. That's a shame.. because if you have worked with HoorayHR before, going back to another system feels like a huge step back

Creating common knowledge about HR processes, keeping track of employee data in an easy and simple way. Not losing files or sheets. Have everything in one place. Being able to do HR tasks myself, also when the company grows and different types of processes need to be streamlined for the company.

HoorayHR is accessible and has an intuitive feel to it. It makes your HR tasks feel like a breeze. It's there to cheer you on and help you accomplish your tasks quickly and efficiently. I like this overall feel about it.

Nothing much. It works just fine. If I want something to change or be made, the team is there to hear me out. Always open to suggestions.

What did you like?

We are able to manage leave & absence in just one click. We initially thought only using this feature, but when starting using Hooray we also noticed that we are able to save performance dialogues and even thinks as overtime!

What did you not like?

We would like to use the expense feature, how ever until now it's very limited and not yet fulfilling our wishes. We discussed it with Hooray and we are looking for solutions.

Hooray is helping us giving more overview and control for our HR part. As we don't have a dedicated HR department this is a very easy tool where you can divide tasks to each user.

What did you like?

HoorayHR provides a place where you can keep all of your HR data in one place and arrange your processes efficiently. Their customer support is very responsive and helpful. Working with HoorayHR saves me a lot of time, and my colleagues like it too. The implementation is easy, the platform is very pragmatic and therefore easy to use for HR professionals, leaders and employees in general.

What did you not like?

The downside is that the variety in user roles you can appoint to a user are limited to admin, teamlead or "normal" user. So you won't be able to give permission to selected parts of your system for e.g. project leaders, finance or office management.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

By implementing HoorayHR we have solved the issue of storing files and information in different places. We have significantly cut back on administrative workload and were able to further professionalize and structure our internal processes like onboarding, contract management, performance management, registration of holidays, sickleave and declarations.

What did you like?

HoorayHR is perfect for small to medium sized companies. We use it at a company of 15 employees. It's extremely user friendly for both employees and employers. The thing I'm most exited about is their customer service. They respond to chats within minutes (if not within a minute) and are always super helpful.

What did you not like?

They build almost everything themselves which is a big plus, but that can also mean that new features can take a little longer to be developed.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

The 3 features I use most are leave, contracts and salary mutations. Leave because I can now easily see how many hours colleagues still have left, but also If a colleague needs pregnancy leave it's very easy to add that budget to their profile. I love how the contracts feature reminds me which contracts need renewal. Lastly, the salary mutations. This is a export file of all the mutations that happened over a certain time span. This way I can just export the file and send it to payroll.

What did you like?

Very interesting range of HR-services (leave admin, expense reports, and feedback & performance) on a very user-friendly platform, and with very responsive and supportive customer services!

What did you not like?

The only improvement I would like is ability to use different currencies - at the moment it only supports expense reports in EUR, where a part of our team is based in the UK with expenses in GBP, but we have been told that that is on the roadmap.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We use HoorayHR for Leave management & availability (holiday leave, bank holidays, special purpose short leave, sick leave, et cetera, which is especially important as we are hybrid working organization, which also has fully remote teams in some countries), Expense reports & travel expenses approvals and reporting, Performance Management & 360 degree feedback, and as basic HRMS for employment contract management, birthday reminders, and contact details (incl. in case of emergency). All in one easy to use web-platform and mobile app.

What did you like?

Uns gefällt die intuitive und übersichtliche Oberfläche der Software sehr gut, die es uns und unseren Mitarbeitern einfach macht HoorayHR zu nutzen. Außerdem hat HoorayHR einen sehr guten Support, der meistens in kürzester Zeit antwortet und schnell eine Lösung findet. Die Vielzahl an Integrationen macht es sehr einfach HoorayHR an die existierende Applikations-Landschaft anzubinden und es so kann man schnell anfangen die Software operativ zu nutzen.

What did you not like?

Wir hätten sehr gerne ein HR-Tool mit integriertem ATS gewählt. Jedoch haben wir gelernt, dass HoorayHR auch diverse Integrationen mit ATS-Anbietern hat und schnell ist uns bewusst geworden, dass dies eine super Alternative ist.

Wir lösen all unsere HR-Prozesse mit HoorayHR und das innerhalb von einem Tool. So haben wir jederzeit den kompletten Überblick und unsere HR kann dank HoorayHR nicht nur effizienter arbeiten, sondern hat auch alle Mittel, um ein modernes HR-Setup aufzusetzen.

What did you like?

Hooray is a very easy to use and a very clear HR tool for a primary HR processes (holiday planning, illness reports, employee contract management, etc). It's user friendly both for end-users (employees) as well as for HR employees. The user friendliness applies both for the website interface as well as for the mobile app version. Also functionality to see all personal mutations (residential address changes, bank account changes, etc) made in a certain period is very convenient. The Hooray support chat is always present to answer your support questions.

What did you not like?

No anything big to mention. One thing, in The Netherlands we have several dayoff schema's for people with newborns. In the application of these schema's to employees, there are sometimes a few illogical interventions needed in regards to there workschema's and the way the right number of days is calculated from the balances.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Before Hooray we were used to have all HR data in a couple of Excel files. Now with Hooray we have all data in one (secure) place, accessible for all employees. With this, it reduces workload of HR employees, is less error prone, and gives more insights for employees in their HR files, and for example their vacation balances.

What did you like?

I regularly work with HoorayHR in my role as an employment lawyer. HoorayHR has a wonderful product that significantly and pleasantly lightens the administrative workload of HR, manager and employees. In short, great company, great product with also a friendly, welcoming and proactive staff.

What did you like?

HoorayHR hat ein sehr klares Design und hat so eine hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Mitarbeiter nutzen HoorayHR daher sehr gerne, weil z.B. alle Funktionalitäten via der mobilen App genutzt werden können. So ist es beispielsweise sehr einfach, sich krank zu melden oder Urlaub einzureichen. Des Weiteren, sind die Mitarbeiter von HoorayHR immer sehr schnell, wenn es um Supportanfragen geht und außerdem offen für jegliches Feedback.

What did you not like?

Auch wenn es kein großer Kritikpunkt ist, aber HoorayHR könnte noch mehr Workflow-Templates zur Verfügung stellen. Das Workflow-Template zum Onboarding ist sehr hilfreich und zeigt ein klares Best Practice auf. Ein entsprechendes Template zum Offboarding wäre eine gute Option.

Primär digitalisiert HoorayHR alle HR-Prozesse, sodass alle Informationen zu den Mitarbeitern zentralisiert in HoorayHR zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann. Abgesehen davon, dass es deutlich Zeit spart, kann so ein viel besseren Überblick über Anfragen, Abwesenheiten und anstehende Ereignisse erstellt werden. Für KMUs ist es super hilfreich, dass alle HR-bezogenen Aktivitäten innerhalb von HoorayHR organisiert und gemanagt werden können.

What did you like?

Hooray is easy to use both in the webpage as well as in the android. The look and feel is nice and modern. The team is very friendly too.

What did you not like?

I have had experiences where the helpdesk could be a little faster in replying and helping out.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

If we would not use HoorayHR we would use a bunch of different excel sheets and documents and perhaps not update it in the right way. With HoorayHR it is simple and fast and clear for everyone.

What did you like?

HoorayHR ist echt klasse, vor allem wegen seines klaren Designs und der super einfachen Bedienung. Unsere Leute lieben es, weil sie alles, was sie brauchen, direkt über die mobile App erledigen können – egal, ob es ums Krankmelden oder Urlaub beantragen geht. Außerdem ist der Support von HoorayHR richtig schnell und immer offen für Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ein paar unserer Ideen haben sie sogar schon umgesetzt, was das Tool ständig besser macht. Kurz gesagt: Wir sind mega happy, dass wir HoorayHR nutzen!

What did you not like?

Eigentlich gibt's nichts Großes zu meckern, aber es wäre super, wenn es noch mehr fertige Workflow-Vorlagen gäbe. Die fürs Onboarding ist schon echt hilfreich, und sowas ähnliches fürs Offboarding wäre auch spitze.

Wir haben dank HoorayHR unsere HR-Prozesse komplett digitalisiert. Jetzt haben wir alle Infos über unsere Mitarbeiter an einem Ort – das spart uns jede Menge Zeit und gibt uns einen viel besseren Überblick über alles, was so ansteht. Für uns als kleines Unternehmen ist es echt ein Gewinn, dass wir alle HR-Sachen direkt in HoorayHR organisieren und managen können.
