Datenschutz ist leider sehr komplex und wir haben kein Inhouse-Team, das sich ausschließlich darum kümmern kann. Daher nutzen wir den externen DSB-Service von heyData. Das gibt uns rechtliche Sicherheit, ohne dass wir eine eigene Vollzeitstelle dafür schaffen müssen.

Manche Prozesse könnten flexibler sein, beispielsweise sind die Schulungen in festen Modulen aufgebaut. Eine individuelle Anpassung an firmenspezifische Datenschutzthemen wäre ein tolles Feature. Zwar funktioniert die Plattform mobil, aber eine richtige App mit Push-Benachrichtigungen für dringende Datenschutz-Aufgaben wäre praktisch.
