Guusto is a recognition and rewards platform for employees. Guusto includes recognition programs such as real-time recognition & spot bonuses, onboarding programs, peer-to-peer shoutouts & nominations, learning and development incentives, or wellness programs. In addition, milestone awards can be automated, team budgets managed, and programs supplemented with monetary prizes using draw and referral functions. The platform can be integrated with HRIS platforms, SSO providers, and communication platforms such as MS Teams. Guusto can be used for free, and a demo version is also available. More comprehensive packages start at $80 monthly for up to 35 team members.
