GEN

GEN is a low-code platform that can be used to create online applications and share them publicly if needed. The development of a GEN, meaning a small web application, takes place in the creator area of the website and is essentially divided into three building blocks. It starts with the GEN itself. Here, components such as input fields, buttons, and dropdowns are created. In addition, these are provided with functionality through small scripts. The second building block is data objects, which make it easy to persistently store data. Lastly, individual GENs can be combined into a large application by summarizing and connecting them with a collection.
