Features are extensive and is an all inclusive software that manage most if not all required business email marketing requirements.

We are extremely satisfied with Evalanche. We are covered in so many ways with custom properties and features, automation, workflows, email marketing and automation, task assignment and more.

Our company really needed a software like Evalanche as we before had none and the sales pipeline follow-up was not centralized and controlled. Very very useful tool.

Besonders der E-Mail-Editor funktioniert nach dem Drag-and-Drop-Prinzip und ermöglicht schnelle Kampagnenerstellung. Durch das Tracking und das Lead-Scoring können wir sehr individuelle E-Mails verschicken, was in der B2B-Kommunikation extrem wichtig ist. Die Workflow-Funktion ist sehr mächtig. Man kann komplexe Kampagnen aufbauen, z. B. ein mehrstufiges Onboarding für Neukunden, abhängig von ihrem Verhalten. Die Anbindung an Salesforce funktioniert bei uns reibungslos, was den Datenaustausch zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb stark verbessert.

What did you not like?
The design is functional but could definitely be fresher and more modern. Compared to other contemporary marketing tools, it feels a bit bulky in some areas. If you want to create particularly attractive newsletters, you'll need to rely on external design solutions. To fully unlock the software's potential, you'll either need to dive in deeply or take training sessions.

This software provides unique insights into how sales leaders from all walks of life can tackle day to day challenges. No stress launching, implementing or even working with Evalanche. It is an all in one marketing solution. Most of our campaigns can be tracked via the landing page making work easier for our teams giving us the digital upgrade we deserve.
What did you not like?
Too many ads on the notifications bar spoils the best exposure to the platform speed and scalability. It affects the consistency of the software especially when it occurs at the middle of a task. This should be checked and if possible be made better.

Evalanche is not necessarily the most cost-effective solution on the market. When creating reports or larger campaigns, we sometimes notice that load times are longer than expected.

Depending on the employee's previous knowledge, the familiarization with the various functions took a little more time than I had originally assumed. Here you will find helpful tutorials and resources that will make it much easier to get started. We were able to use the basic functions well after a few hours.

I struggled a bit to get the email function working for my monthly company newsletter but that was mostly because I had made an error with the segment features. I am generally happy with the purchase.

Besonders während der Corona-Lockdowns haben wir digitale Events erfolgreich durchgeführt, die durch Marketing-Automation-Kampagnen unterstützt wurden. Die Veranstaltungen wurden über Mailings an bestehende Kontakte und über unsere Social-Media-Kanäle beworben. Das Kontaktformular auf unserer Website ist direkt mit Evalanche und SAP C4C verknüpft. Das bedeutet, wenn ein potenzieller Kunde eine Produkt- oder Service-Anfrage über das Webformular stellt, werden seine Daten automatisch ins CRM übertragen und dem zuständigen Vertriebsmitarbeiter zugewiesen. Zusätzlich kann sich der Interessent direkt über das Formular für unseren Newsletter anmelden.

Anfangs war der Vertrieb noch skeptisch, aber inzwischen will niemand mehr auf Evalanche verzichten. Designed for businesses to automate and optimize their marketing efforts towards other businesses. It serves the purpose of streamlining various marketing tasks, including email campaigns, social media management, lead generation and nurturing processes. B2B marketing automation which enables us to target and engage potential clients more effectively, with tools for segmenting audiences, personalizing communications and tracking campaign performance. This automation leads to more efficient marketing operations, better alignment between marketing and sales teams and improved lead conversion rates.
What did you not like?
For the period I have used this tool, I can challenge the higher costs included for more active profiles. Also it is complex to set up segments in this software.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We use Evalanche for various reasons. Handling tasks like lead nurturing, following up on abandoned carts, and sending welcome emails. It offers a CRM that provides us with a centralized communication hub for more consistent marketing efforts and customer interactions. It also leverage templates and automation to craft personalized campaigns and ensure tailored and timely follow-ups at any stage of the customer journey.

Seit wir mit Evalanche arbeiten, gehören Probleme mit inkompatiblen Tools und Datensilos der Vergangenheit an. Besonders der Campaign Designer hat sich als unverzichtbar für unsere Automatisierungsstrategie erwiesen. Die intuitive Bedienoberfläche ermöglicht eine einfache Handhabung und wir haben bisher keine Einschränkungen des Systems festgestellt. Mehrsprachiger Content lässt sich problemlos per Mausklick verwalten. Auch die Integration zusätzlicher Kanäle, wie etwa den Versand von Newslettern über WhatsApp, ist bereits in Planung.
What did you not like?
Das User Interface der Anwendung wirkt ein wenig veraltet. Aber bei genauerem Hinsehen und intensivem Arbeiten merkt man, dass das klare und einfache Design tatsächlich seine Stärken hat. Die automatische Abmeldung nach kurzer Zeit kann zwar echt ganz schön nervig sein, aber das sind letztlich nur kleine Mängel, die das Gesamtbild nicht trüben.
