What did you like?
I like that Bookingbird is clear, affordable, and very flexible. The clean design makes it easy to use, and adjustments for different workflows are straightforward.
What did you not like?
Some features we would find useful are still missing. For example, a graphical floor plan for reservations would make things much easier, but at least it’s already on the roadmap.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Organizing events and resources for our club in a simple, flexible, and cost-effective way.

What did you like?
In den letzten Monaten war ich intensiv auf der Suche nach einer Alternative zu Oeticket. Ich brauche keinen Marktplatz oder ein großes Ticketsystem – ich wollte meine Events einfach über meine eigene Homepage anbieten, so günstig wie möglich und am besten soll es auch nach etwas aussehen.
Unser erstes Event haben wir bereits über Bookingbird abgewickelt.
Ich habe das System dabei eigentlich gar nicht bemerkt, was ich als sehr positiv empfinde.
Es hat einfach funktioniert, ohne dass ich mich viel damit beschäftigen musste.
So soll es sein.
What did you not like?
Am Anfang war ich mir nicht sicher, ob Bookingbird für mich passt, weil es offenbar viele verschiedene Branchen anspricht. Da könnte man mich als Eventbetreiber im Onboarding bzw. Registrierung früher abholen.
In der Software selbst gibt es dann eh einen eigenen Bereich für Events, das war also kein Problem mehr.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Für mich ist Bookingbird viel günstiger als Oeticket und lässt sich einfach in die eigene Homepage einbinden. Neue Events kann ich schnell einpflegen oder ändern. Ich kann nur für den Eventbereich sprechen, weil ich selbst nur diesen Teil nutze. Die anderen Funktionen habe ich mir gar nicht angeschaut.

What did you like?
Mir gefällt am besten, dass Bookingbird sehr flexibel ist. Egal ob einfache Termine, wiederkehrende Buchungen oder Event-Tickets – ich kann alles im selben System abbilden und behalte trotzdem den Überblick.
What did you not like?
Manche Funktionen sind sehr umfangreich, da braucht es am Anfang ein bisschen Einarbeitung.

Ich nutze Bookingbird, um meine Termine und Events zentral zu organisieren. Früher musste ich viel manuell abstimmen, jetzt können Kunden direkt online buchen und bezahlen. Das spart mir Zeit und reduziert Fehler.
