What is ZEP?
ZEP is the software for management consulting, IT consulting and engineering. Every hour is booked to a client and a project — the same booking produces utilization, cost calculation, the invoice and a real-time view of your margin. The ZEP AI chat (ZEP Assistant) is included in all four product lines. Each line has a defined scope; as your project business grows, you move up a line and take your data with you, without switching tools:
ZEP Track - Project Time Tracking: book hours to clients and projects, keep budgets in view. From €9.00 on an annual contract.
ZEP Control - Project Management with a commercial view: plan work items and capacity while revenue, costs and utilization come out of the hours your team has booked. From €19.00 on an annual contract.
ZEP Operations - Professional Services Automation: the entire project cycle, from the proposal through the booked hour to the invoice. From €29.00 on an annual contract.
ZEP Business - ERP for Professional Services: run your project business across several legal entities, with intercompany billing, Document Management, the HR module and Resource Planning. From €39.00 on an annual contract.

Don't need project hours? Then there is ZEP Clock, a line of its own for legally compliant employee time tracking: from €4.50 on an annual contract, €6.00 monthly, with Travel Expense Management and the HR module available as options.
