What did you like?
the transparency to all our strategic goals as a basis for better alignment, collaboration and control; leveraging synergies between teams and units e.g. avoid double work; the graph to see the connections between all strategic goals and the current achievement status
What did you not like?
Previously, the mapping of additional overarching strategic elements and long-term goals was still missing. This has now been implemented and provides a very good, comprehensive overview of all goals and interrelationships. The expansion of the initiative functions is also already underway and offers even more options for planning and monitoring measures, thus eliminating the need to integrate Jira and Azure. These represent potential improvements, but they are already working on them.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
avoid double work through the company wide transparency; driving engagement through collaboration functions and seeing the personal value to achieve the defined company goals; learning to set a focus through experiences strategy sprint by strategy sprint and the assessment of goal achievements; more focus on value delivered to customers through implemented method to formulate the right and measurable goals, objectives and key results; control the company developement through the given transparency

What did you like?
Wir nutzen Workpath nun schon seit einiger Zeit und sind sehr zufrieden mit der Software. Besonders positiv ist die intuitive Darstellung und Bedienung, die es auch neuen Mitarbeitern leicht macht, sich schnell zurechtzufinden. Die gute Übersicht der Objectives und Key Results trägt maßgeblich zu einer effizienteren Nutzung der Methodik bei. Auch die Betreuung durch das Workpath-Team ist ausgezeichnet - bei Fragen oder Problemen erhalten wir immer schnell und kompetent Unterstützung. Positiv fällt uns zudem die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Plattform auf, die regelmäßig um nützliche Funktionen erweitert wird und so stets unseren Bedürfnissen angepasst ist. Workpath ist für uns ein wertvolles Tool im Arbeitsalltag und trägt maßgeblich zu unserer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit bei.
What did you not like?
Das Nachhalten von negativen Werten, bspw. "nicht mehr als 5" lässt sich noch nicht darstellen. Und bei länger laufenden OKRs lassen sich einzehalende Ziele die nicht mehr aktuell sind nicht ausblenden.

Wir erhöhren deutlich die Transparenz über die Ziele im Konzern und das hilft gute Gespräche darüber zu führen.

What did you like?
The team is resourceful, competent and supportive along the whole customer journey. The software is user-friendly, in continuous improvement and development and well thought through.
What did you not like?
There is nothing I dislike, I am truly satisfied with both the product and the service of Workpath. Perhaps the only thing I am missing is an easily printable status update, that could easily go into presentation decks. I am sure if this not yet on the radar, it will surely become.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Alignment across goals, cascading of goals, colleagues feeling their work is part of something bigger. Transparency on how to reach our long term strategy.

What did you like?
Es entwickelt sich weiter. Wir nutzen es mittlerweile seit fast 6 Jahren. Es kommen neue sinnvolle Funktionen dazu und die bisherigen werden optimiert. Für uns ist es das Tool, um alles Rund um OKRs, KPIs und jetzt auch Vision/Mission abzulegen und zu verfolgen. Es unterstützt uns voll bei der Umsetzung unserer Strategie. Das Analytics Tool hilft mir als OKR Master gezielt den Prozess zu steuern bzw. gegenzusteuern. Darüber hinaus liefert es zahlreiche Übersichten für das Management, um die Teams gut zu steuern bzw, zu unterstützen.

In einem Tool ist alle zu OKRs, KPIs und demnächst Mission/Vision und Strategie drin. Ich sehe, die Verbindungen zwischen den Zielen und wie sich die KPIs dadurch verändern.

Absolut empfehlenswert! WORKPATH hat unsere Arbeitsweise spürbar verbessert - intuitiv, übersichtlich und extrem leistungsstark! Wir konnten unsere Themen schneller und strukturierter umsetzen. An sich sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Tool, ein paar Details könnten noch angepasst werden, wie z.B. die Integration in Teams, einfache Übersicht der Ziele mit verschiedenen Zeithorizonten sowie weitere AI Funktionen.

Wir draften und alignen Ziele mithilfe von WORKPATH. Besonders die einfache Zielverfolgung, Alignment Möglichkeit und Transparenz haben uns beeindruckt.

Super simple Bedienung. Ist sehr intuitiv wenn man Workpath das erste mal benutzt. Habe damals keine Einweisung gebraucht.
What did you not like?
Kann ich leider nichts zu sagen, da Workpath bisher nie Probleme gemacht hat oder es Schwierigkeiten gab.

What did you like?
Ich finde es super, dass man einen schnellen visuellen Überblick über seine Ziele und die aus anderen Bereichen erhält. Neue Mitarbeitende finden sich schnell zu recht und können damit starten.
What did you not like?
Wir nutzen den OKR-Prozess nach dem Schema, wie es vom (ich vermute bekanntesten) deutschen OKR-Schulungs-Anbieter konzipiert ist. Hierbei sehen wir, dass es einige konzeptionelle Unterschiede gibt, die dann bei Mitarbeitenden für Irritationen sorgen. Beispiel: Es werden für Ziele das Konfidenz-Level und der Fortschritt berechnet, was jedoch (wenn man die KRs als Wetten und unabhängige Treiber versteht), nicht unbedingt valide ist. Ich kann alle KRs zu 100% erfüllt haben, und dennoch ist mein O nicht erreicht, weil ich vielleicht die falschen Wetten eingegangen bin.

Das Tool ist ansprechend aufgebaut. Mittlerweile sind auch viele kleine Features hinzugekommen die das arbeiten erleichtern. Z..b das die CheckIns in den Teamzielen ersichtlich sind.
What did you not like?
Am Anfang war das Tool etwas holprig. Mittlerweile passt für mich alles, da wichtige Neuerungen eingebracht worden sind.

What did you like?
Workpath ermöglicht ein effizientes und transparentes Arbeiten mit OKRs. Sowohl das Anlegen von Zielen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen, sowie das Zuordnen auf einzelne Mitarbeiter ist einfach und intuitiv. Es gibt unterschiedliche Messgrößen und die Check-Ins geben eine gute Guidance. Der Progress sowie die Confidence werden einfach und gut visualisiert.
What did you not like?
Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn Workpath um ein Projektmanagementtool erweitert werden könnte. Außerdem sind nur die letzten beiden Checkins einzusehen und somit kann man historisch den Fortschritt nicht gut tracken.

OKR Planning & Dokumentation. Zudem nutzen wir Reportfunktionen, um Abhängigkeiten zu visualisieren und Progress zu tracken.

What did you like?
Mit Workpath kann man schnell und einfach Ziele companyweit anlegen und verschiedenen MItarbeitenden zuordnen, um sie dann zu messen. Wir nutzen es primär für unsere OKRs und haben so eine genaue Übersicht über den Stand und den Fortschritt unserer Ziele. Der Fortschritt wird z.B. automatisch in Prozent umgerechnet, außerdem gibt es eine kleine Grafik, die den Fortschritt visualisiert.
What did you not like?
Teilweise finde ich die Navigation und Suche etwas umständlich, auch der Filter nach nur meinen OKRs funktioniert bei mir leider oft nicht, sodass ich mich dann erst durch alle OKRs durchklicken muss, um bei meinem anzukommen. Ansonsten kann ich wirklich nicht viel Negatives sagen.
