Die Zollabwicklung lief reibungslos, die Erreichbarkeit war super. Die Ausfuhrerklärung war in Echtzeit super schnell! Christians Kompetenz und sympathische Art überzeugen.
What did you not like?
Mir fehlt Spring GDS als Versanddienstleister zur Auswahl. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern!

What did you like?
This Shipping platform provides a selection of certain shipping carries and all include already customs processes such as tax and duty calculation and payment. They are cheap and fast.
What did you not like?
They offer too little carrier selection. The user experience of their wizard could be better.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We can now offer shipping and customs clearance to 240 countries through our online shop, with a wide range of shipping providers to choose from economy to express. Weltweitversenden conducted an export analysis of our goods, enabling us to process export declarations with just a few seconds.

Flexible and responsive team that always looks out got end customers interest. Quick shipping and handling of orders. Good English language support
What did you not like?

What did you like?
Shipments are monitored accordingly and labels provided timely. Support is easy to get in contact with and have a nice and problem solving attitude.
What did you not like?
Following up on shipments is difficult. Getting appropriate updates on previous requests takes time. Issues with clarifying specific parts of the invoices.

What did you like?
Die Preise sind besser als bei DHL, UPS, GLS. Sie erstellen die Zollpapiere für mich, das war sonst immer sehr schwierig. AUßerdem kann man im vorhinein die Zollgebühren hier bezahlen.
What did you not like?
Man muss viele Daten eingeben, aber das ist wohl überall so. Viele Klicks, Design könnte bunter sein.

Ich versende Pakete in das Ausland für günstigere Preise. Zolldokumnte für nicht EU werden erstellt.
