What did you like?
Die herstellerübergreifende Übersicht über alle eingesetzten Roboter in einem zentralen Dashboard ist extrem hilfreich. Besonders wertvoll ist die Möglichkeit, potenzielle Ausfälle frühzeitig zu erkennen und dadurch proaktiv handeln zu können. Das spart Zeit, verhindert Stillstände und erhöht die Betriebssicherheit spürbar.
What did you not like?
Die Benutzeroberfläche könnte an einigen Stellen noch intuitiver sein, vor allem bei der Detailanalyse einzelner Roboterdaten. Auch wünschen wir uns langfristig noch mehr Integrationen mit weiteren Systemen – hier ist aber bereits einiges in Planung laut Support.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Mit WAKU Care lösen wir das Problem der fehlenden Transparenz über den Zustand und die Auslastung unserer mobilen Roboterflotte – insbesondere da wir Geräte verschiedener Hersteller im Einsatz haben. Zuvor mussten wir mit unterschiedlichen Dashboards und proprietären Lösungen arbeiten, was fehleranfällig und zeitaufwendig war.
Dank WAKU Care haben wir nun eine zentrale Plattform zur Überwachung, Fehlerfrüherkennung und Auswertung von Betriebsdaten. Dadurch konnten wir die Reaktionszeiten im Störfall deutlich verkürzen und die Verfügbarkeit der Systeme erhöhen. Auch die interne Abstimmung zwischen Technik, Service und IT hat sich erheblich verbessert.

What did you like?
1. Automated strategies, This has removed a layer of manual intervention and complexities for us and allows us to easily track service visits. 2. device layout and model, allows us to easily identify robot type and the dashboard is also handy to see previous events. 3. UI usability makes work easier.
What did you not like?
1. Templates need some more work, need more tools to allow us to create proper work instructions. 2. all users having to be admin. What would beneift me is different type of access levels with more better insights for main admin. At the moment you have either Admin option or read only. Ideally We would have 1x main admin and engineers/techs. x1 admin can have more freedom to alter data or reopen tickets. 3. Work order tags- needs some work to suit our business needs
