vyble supports and optimizes processes from job postings to payroll accounting through digitization, automation, and artificial intelligence. The tool consists of four components: HR platform, optimization, payroll service, and benefits. The HR platform provides users with functions from finding and onboarding new employees to shift planning and payroll accounting. The vyble payroll service allows payroll accounting to be outsourced and taken over by the tool's customer success team. An intelligent algorithm also optimizes compensation models for individual requirement profiles. In addition, with vyble, there is the possibility to pay out various benefits such as vouchers, train tickets, or insurances to employees through the tool. vyble can be used for free for up to 10 employees. Thereafter, the tool starts from 190 euros per month in the business tariff. The enterprise solution is aimed at companies with more than 100 employees and is calculated individually.
