Vivid löst für uns vor allem das Thema effizientes Finanzmanagement im Agenturalltag.
Wir haben viele parallele Zahlungsströme, Ad Spend, Tools. Klassische Banken sind dafür zu langsam und zu unflexibel. Mit Vivid können wir das sauber strukturieren und zentral steuern.
Die größten Vorteile aus unserer Sicht:
- Klare Trennung von Budgets durch mehrere Konten und IBANs. Ideal für Kunden, Kampagnen und interne Kostenstellen
- Cashback auf Ausgaben. Gerade bei Media Spend super spannend!
- Zinsen auf Liquidität. Cash liegt nicht ungenutzt rum, sondern bringt Rendite

Was mir an Vivid gut gefällt, ist die Kombination aus klassischem Business Banking und zusätzlichen Funktionen, für die man sonst schnell noch einen weiteren Anbieter braucht. Die App ist übersichtlich, das onboarding der GmbH Konten super einfach. Im Alltag funktioniert das Ganze einfach sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass wir für das Thema Investments eine LEI kostenfrei bekommen haben.
Insgesamt fühlt sich Vivid für mich weniger wie ein klassisches Geschäftskonto und mehr wie eine moderne Finanzplattform an.
What did you not like?
Eigentlich gibt es wenig, was mich wirklich stört. Manchmal suche ich eine bestimmte Funktion etwas länger, weil mittlerweile ziemlich viel in der App steckt. Das ist aber eher ein kleiner Punkt und im Alltag kein wirkliches Problem.

Unser tägliches Banking mit unserer GmbH. Die Konditionen sind sehr gut - besonders gut sind die virtuellen Kreditkarten, die Möglichkeit Teamrollen zu vergeben und das Cashback obendrauf bezahlt quasi das Konto.

Wir sind ein kleines Medienunternehmen aus Berlin und nutzen Vivid als unser Geschäftskonto seit der Gründung unserer GbR. Kontoeröffnung ging schnell und unkompliziert — für eine GbR keine Selbstverständlichkeit, viele Banken tun sich mit dieser Rechtsform schwer.
Was uns aber am meisten überzeugt: der Support. Fragen werden schnell, konkret und von echten Menschen beantwortet, ohne Warteschleifen und ohne Standardfloskeln. Wenn man als kleines Team ohne eigene Finanzabteilung arbeitet, ist das Gold wert.
Die App ist übersichtlich, Zahlungen laufen zuverlässig, und der Alltag mit dem Konto fühlt sich einfach unaufgeregt an — genau so, wie Banking sein sollte.
What did you not like?
Uns fehlt bisher eine vollwertige API, über die wir Kontostand und Zahlungseingänge mit unseren eigenen Tools auslesen könnten — wir automatisieren intern viel und müssen diese Daten aktuell manuell abrufen. Immerhin: Laut Website ist genau das in Arbeit, darauf freuen wir uns schon.

Wir haben als Medienunternehmen viele parallele Zahlungsströme: Einnahmen aus Werbung, Ticketverkäufe für unsere Events, Merchandise, Unterstützungszahlungen unserer Leser. Vivid hilft uns, das alles übersichtlich zu halten, ohne dass wir Zeit mit Bank-Bürokratie verlieren.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden und haben nicht vor zu wechseln.

What we value most is the attractive interest rate we are receiving during this period, which has a significant impact on the profitability of our cash management. We also appreciate the expanded repayment options and the smooth day-to-day operation of the platform. Furthermore, the support and proactive advice provided by Milica Popovic have been a great help, particularly regarding ways to improve our cash management and the recommendation to set up a virtual US dollar card for our upcoming trips
What did you not like?
One aspect that could be improved is the fee structure for foreign currency payments, particularly when using the shared expenses option, where fees can reach relatively high amounts (up to around €30 in our case). While we understand that these are standard banking fees, it would be beneficial to have more competitive conditions in this area
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Vivid helps us optimize the management of our treasury by generating returns on idle cash through attractive interest rates. It also improves our day-to-day financial operations thanks to an easy-to-use platform and useful features such as cashback. Additionally, the guidance received has helped us identify opportunities to further optimize our financial setup, such as using virtual cards in different currencies for specific use cases like international travel

Die mobile App ist intuitiv und übersichtlich gestaltet – alle wichtigen Funktionen sind schnell erreichbar, auch unterwegs. Ergänzend dazu funktioniert die WebApp im Browser genauso übersichtlich, was die tägliche Arbeit am Desktop erleichtert.
Das Konto lässt sich problemlos mit mehreren Nutzern verwalten, was besonders im Unternehmenskontext ein echter Vorteil ist. Jeder im Team hat Zugriff, ohne dass es zu Durcheinander kommt.
Für unsere Buchhaltung ist Vivid ein echter Gewinn: Alle Belege sind digital hinterlegt und jederzeit auffindbar. Das spart Zeit bei der Monats- und Jahresabrechnung erheblich.

Die Zinsen sind zu Beginn sehr ansprechend, lassen aber mit der Zeit nach. Wer dauerhaft auf hohe Zinsen setzt, sollte die aktuellen Konditionen regelmäßig prüfen.

Vor Vivid war die Belegverwaltung in unserem Unternehmen ein echtes Problem: Quittungen und Rechnungen gingen verloren oder mussten mühsam zusammengesucht werden. Mit Vivid sind alle Belege automatisch digital erfasst und jederzeit auffindbar – das hat unseren Buchhaltungsprozess deutlich vereinfacht.
Die gemeinsame Kontonutzung mit mehreren Teammitgliedern war früher umständlich. Vivid löst das mit einer klaren Multi-User-Funktion, ohne dass man ständig Zugangsdaten teilen oder umständliche Umwege gehen muss.
Als Unternehmen wollen wir nicht auf attraktive Konditionen verzichten, die sonst eher Privatkunden vorbehalten sind. Vivid bietet auch im Business-Bereich Cashbacks und Zinsen auf dem Konto – das ist im Vergleich zu klassischen Geschäftskonten ein echter Mehrwert.

What I like best about Vivid is that it truly feels like a one-stop shop for B2B banking and financial management. It covers virtually everything we need in one place and combines many different features in a very smart, intuitive and convenient way. Instead of having to rely on several separate providers and tools, everything works together seamlessly. For startups and B2B companies in particular, Vivid is an extremely comprehensive and well-thought-out solution.
What did you not like?
I would love to see slightly higher cashback rates in some areas, although I completely understand that these cannot remain exceptionally high across the board forever. That said, the cashback and rewards Vivid offers are still very attractive.
With so many features, products and options available, it can sometimes be a little difficult to keep track of everything. A slightly more consistent and streamlined UI across the entire platform would make the experience even better. However, this has already improved significantly over the past few months, and the overall direction is very positive.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
With Vivid, we can manage virtually all of our financial needs through a single platform and provider. This saves us a significant amount of coordination, reduces the need for multiple tools and providers, and makes our day-to-day financial management much simpler and more efficient.

Vivid hat eine sehr gute und intuitive Nutzeroberfläche und eine sehr gut funktionierende App, was die Bedienung und Nutzung sehr einfach macht. Das Onboarding ging problemlos und schnell. Was mich auch bei der Nutzung überzeugt hat, ist die ausgeprägte Funktionalität und die Anbindung an Datev. Ich bin seit mittlerweile sieben Jahren im Fintech-Bereich und ich habe einiges bereits an Produkten gesehen.
What did you not like?
Wir nutzen vivid sehr intensiv, und einmal hatten wir den Fall, dass eine Karte beziehungsweise Transaktion nicht durchgegangen ist, auch wenn das relativ schnell gelöst werden konnte. Telefonischen Support hatten wir nicht, nur via Chat.

Wir nutzen das als hauptsächliches Banking-Tool und verbinden das Konto direkt mit Data für die Steuerberatung. Die Karten nutzen wir via Apple Pay/Google Pay und direkt für Subscriptions.

What did you like?
We use Vivid as Cygrid's business account and it covers the everyday banking without us thinking about it much, which is the highest compliment you can pay a bank. The multi-currency accounts are what we value most — holding and sending in several currencies from one place spares us the usual conversion round-trip and the spread that comes with it. Corporate cards are the second thing: issuing one to a new team member takes minutes rather than a week of paperwork, and every card sits in the same overview instead of surfacing later as someone's personal expense claim. Cashback on card spend wasn't why we picked the account, but on a startup's tooling and travel it quietly adds up to a real number over a year. For a small team, that combination is worth more than the feature list of a traditional German business account.
What did you not like?
It satisfy us fully with the features we need. It is great , convenient, fast and fully digital bank aacount.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
The multi-currency accounts, Corporate cards, Cashback are great solutions.

I've been using Vivid for my consulting business for a while now, and what convinces me most are the investment options built right into the account. Instead of just sitting in my business account, my money can actually work for me, no separate brokerage account, you simply transfer the money on a subaccount and the earning starts. Does not matte if 100 or 10.000 euro. That's exactly the kind of banking I want as a self-employed person: simple day-to-day, but smart when it comes to my money. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to get more out of their business account.
What did you not like?
I am honestly not such a fan of the purple design and would prefer a more classy/lean design but ok that's not a reason to not use the advantages :) and also not that important.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Before Vivid, my business funds just sat idle in a standard account, not earning anything. Vivid solved that by letting me invest directly from my business account, so my liquidity isn't wasted while it's not being actively used. The benefit has been real: instead of choosing between "money sitting there" and "money locked away in a separate investment account," I get both flexibility and growth in one place. It's made me much more intentional about how I manage cash flow as a self-employed business owner.

We’ve been using Vivid for our business for a while now and overall it’s been a really smooth experience. Setting up the account was quick, and the app is very easy to understand from the start.
What we like most is that everyday banking doesn’t feel like an extra task. We can quickly check what’s going on, manage payments and keep track of expenses without spending too much time on admin.
What did you not like?
Nothing major so far. We’ve had a very good experience and haven’t run into any real problems. There are always small features that could be added over time, but nothing that has affected our day-to-day use.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We mainly use Vivid for our company cards and some business expenses. It’s really convenient to have cards for the team, keep track of spending in one place and see transactions immediately.

The account setup was really fast, and the app is super easy to use. As a sole trader, I also like having business banking, invoicing and expense tracking all in one place.
What did you not like?
Nothing major so far, which is actually a big plus. Everything has been running smoothly and I haven’t come across anything frustrating or unnecessarily complicated.

Wir nutzen Vivid Business inzwischen für sieben unserer Unternehmen (UGs und GmbHs) und sind wirklich begeistert.
Besonders überzeugt hat uns, wie einfach und schnell internationale Zahlungen funktionieren – selbst Überweisungen in die USA laufen deutlich unkomplizierter als bei vielen klassischen deutschen Banken.
Auch die Business-Funktionen sind hervorragend. Wir nutzen sowohl die Festgeldangebote als auch die Treasuries und konnten allein im vergangenen Jahr mehrere tausend Euro an Zinserträgen erzielen, unter anderem dank einer attraktiven Sonderaktion mit erhöhtem Zinssatz.
Der Kundenservice verdient ebenfalls ein großes Lob. Anfragen werden schnell beantwortet und Probleme kompetent und unbürokratisch gelöst. Genau so stellt man sich modernes Business Banking vor.

A clear separation between business and personal expenses, simplifying accounting and increasing transparency, interesting cash back and traveling support
The platinum Business Card offer a range of additional benefits. The Corporate cards allow you to document all business expenses incurred with the cards. We always have an overview of our business expenses via online banking and can create complete transparency. Expense reporting is automated with the card. Furthermore, the cards include a management information system. This allows for cost analyses and the evaluation of operating expenses. As a result, we could reduce the administrative effort involved in expense reporting.
What did you not like?
Nothing everything is running smoothly. Integration and customer service were good and easy to reach without any technical problems.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
vivid provides us with an excellent overview of expenses and travel costs, and accelerates and simplifies processes in purchasing and accounting.
