What did you like?
Die komplexen Artikel Kalkulationsmöglichkeiten. Die Volltextsuche über sämtliche Belege usw. Einigermaßen schnell. Die Möglichkeit so ziemlich alle Listen in Excel zu exportieren und auch größtenteils wieder importieren zu können.
What did you not like?
Wenn Fehler, Probleme oder auch Wünsche bestehen, kann es Jahre dauern bis diese, wenn überhaupt, umgesetzt werden. Hier wird gesammelt, und nur wenn sehr viele andere das selbe Ticket haben, besteht eine Chance das dies irgendwann einmal umgesetzt wird. Egal, wie wichtig dieses für einen ist und ob es sich um einen Fehler in der Software oder "nur" um einen sinnvollen Wunsch handelt.

Es ist sehr Flexibel da jedes Tool und jede Option umfangreiche Einstellmöglichkeiten und Zugriffsrechte die je nach Benutzer, Gruppe oder Bereich definiert werden können. Die Anwendungen sind logisch und benutzerfreundlich.
What did you not like?
Wartezeit für Individualanpassungen könnte etwas schneller sein aber nicht dramatisch schlimm.

Wir nutzen Taifun Software für unsere Kundendatenbank, Einkauf, Angebote, Archiv und Wartung. Als Vorteil sehen wir die mobile App, dadurch können wir auch vor Ort alles abrufen und wenn nötig Informationen ergänzen oder anpassen.
